You can dedicate a chapter to someone in 4 easy steps.
1. Go to the chapter you wish to add it to, and go into edit mode.
2. Click on the three dots in the corner

3. Click the 'Add' next to 'Dedication'

4. Type the username of the person you wish to dedicate it to
