Vinnie POV

Y/N has been really off lately. I know she gets really insecure sometimes. Her last relationship didn't go very well, he would hit her and just treated her like shit. Because of this I always have to remind her how much I love and care for her. I love her so much and I will never let anything happen to her. 

Because I'll be out skating with the boys most of the day, I decided to write her a note for her to read when she gets home. I rip a page out of her notebook and grab a pen from the drawer. After writing I fold it up, and stick it on my bedroom door for her to see when she gets here.

- Time Skip -

Y/N POV

I walk up the steps and open the door to Vinnie's house with the keys he gave me. I slip my shoes off and head up to his bedroom. I know he won't be here for a while because he's skating with his friends. When I get to the door I see a piece of paper taped to the door with my name written on it. "He's so cute" I whisper to myself as I remove the paper from the door. I sit down on the bed and begin reading the paper.

Dear y/n,

I want you to know just how much I love you. You are what I was missing in my life.

You are so incredibly beautiful, smart, and kind. I don't  know what I would do without

you. I get butterflies every time you walk into a room. You always make me feel loved and 

supported. I love everything about you. I love the way you cuddle and talk with me for hours,

the way you laugh at me when I make my thirst traps, the way you smile and get excited when I

say we can go get ice cream, I love everything. Our stupid tickle fights, baking cookies at 

midnight, our pillow forts, and road trip adventures, everything. I know you need me to remind 

you sometimes so... y/n someday hacker, I am so in love with you.

I put the note down and wipe the tears from my face. "I am so in love with him" I say under my breath. After calming myself down I turn my head and see giant basket on his bedside table. It's filled with my favorite snacks and drinks, fluffy blankets, and a big teddy bear. Oh and some cute pajamas. And a second little note. I pull the piece of paper off the basket and read it.

Hey baby,

I got you a basket of some of your favorite stuff and some new pjs. I'll be home in 30 minutes 

and we can cuddle and watch a movie with some popcorn.  - Vinnie ♥

I put on the new pajamas, and snuggle up under the covers with the bog teddy bear, waiting for Vinnie to come home. About 20 minutes later I hear the door unlock and footsteps nearing the bedroom door. I put my phone down and look up to see Vinnie smiling down at me. "Hey baby" be says while reaching down to cuddle me. "I missed you so much" he whispers. 

"I love you so much" I say quietly. "I love you too baby" he replies. Vinnie crawls under the covers beside me, wraps his arms around me, and snuggles his face into the side of my neck giving me a few small kisses. We decide to watch legally blonde while enjoying some popcorn. 

As I started to fall asleep on Vinnie's chest he ran his hands through my hair and said "I love you so much, you're always safe in my arms you know that right?" "Mmhmm" I hum back through my sleep. "I do" And with that we both slept interlocked in each other's arms through the night.
