When we talked
I would have a smile
And butterflies alight in my stomach
I would grin
And laugh
And cry
And I didn't know why
So I did an evaluation
Of you
And of me
And I came to realise
I love you
But do you love me?
I can see
By the smile on your face
And the words you chose
That you do not
You do not love me
But yet you think I'm worthy
Worthy for your words
But sure enough
To you we are acquaintances
But you are my everything
So I ask again
Because I need to know
