IVORY waited until the sun was directly above the building and over the car. She found it easier to see that way, but it wasn't quite in the perfect position just yet.She earlier found a few useful old tools laying around the factory. She had discovered an opened door to the left, revealing a hallway with no further exits.
She set the tools down by the car and explored down the dark empty hall. She used the wall as a support as her body still felt weak.. she consciously knew she probably shouldn't have been doing to much moving around but as always, she was stubborn and did so anyway; not thinking much of it.
She coughed again, wet and uncomfortable. She removed her hand and found splotches of red staining her hand.
"Dang. " She whispered. "Probably not a good thing. Just a dry throat... that's all. "
She put it to the side and continued into the empty rooms. She found a few other useful tools to use and considered herself lucky with what she had found.
Ivory returned to the car and found it had moved. It was turned the other direction and in the center of the room now... confirming that this really was an alien robot.
She would admit, she had her doubts. She hoped she was just just crazy and falsely hoping it was an alien robot because they haven't been seen very much lately. But now she was sure that in front of her, was indeed one of them.
"Hey! Are you- alive over there..? " She called out. She found a car board box and placed the tools inside. She placed a hand on the hood of the car.
"Hello? " No reply.
"Listen. I know what you are. So why are you still hiding? "
She heard a slight noise come from the car. The door opened slightly. She gave it a confusing look before opening it the rest of the way. "Uhh... hello? Don't uh- kill me in here. I'm helping you. "
She saw a blinking light on the steering wheel and pressed it curiously. An image appeared on the far wall of the building. She got out and leaned against the open door curiously. It played a video, multiple other robots stood around. She listened intently to their conversation. She took note of their blue eyes.
"Autobots. I knew it. I knew you were an Autobot."
She mumbled in relief. She continued watching the video as they conversed about a group calling themselves 'cemetery wind'.
"You guys are being attacked. By humans? But why... I haven't heard anything about it yet... " She opened her phone, which she gained herself. Her uncle does not know about it, and searched on google as the video continued playing their conversation. She shook her head at the twelve percent warning. She then opened the news app and discovered the entire cover page was of wanted sections for any cybertronians and a number to call. They had reward of money to bribe people to call. A lot of money that of course humans wouldn't turn down.
Greedy ass race.
"Tch. Such bullshit! "
The news angered her. How the people interviewed spoke so ill of them and wished them dead for ever.
They saved the world how could they be so selfish?
The video then it jumps to a car speeding away and a behind view of multiple black cars. The same car she was leaning against. She watched closely and saw as a figure emerged from the woods and the Autobot transformed. Her mouth went agape as she looked down at the car. She watched the video play back as the Autobot took her in its hand and the shooting began.
The video cut off.
"Bro! You hit me! " She exclaimed followed by a cough. But she smiled afterwards knowing it wasn't on purpose, she now knew she was in no immediate danger. Seeing as she had discovered an Autobot. The good guys...
"Listen, I'm not gonna hurt you. I'm not the one that's after you and you don't have to worry about me calling you in. I won't. "
She got nothing. "Hey! You there? Are you going to talk to me? "
She sat down in the drivers seat and touched the light once more. A voice startled her.
"System failure, emergency stasis lock endured. Condition: critical. Seek medical attention. Shut down in approximately 2 hours. " An automated male robotic voice spoke.
"Well uh... That doesn't sound good. So what I'm hearing... "
She stepped out of the vehicle and gently shut that door. "Is that I have two hours before you basically die? "
No response. She coughed again, harsher this time and she began to feel worse just as the sun was now in the perfect position to light up her view. "Well better get to work then huh? "
She hobbled over to her cardboard box of tools and opened the hood. Sparks flew and sizzled below her. Smoke blew into her face. She looked down at the destroyed car worriedly.
"oh I hope those hours and hours of YouTube videos don't fail me now..."
She whispered as she began her work. This wasn't a normal car, she knew the basics on how to fix a car but an alien robot?
No.
Though it had many similarities she could visibly see the differences and she was afraid she wouldn't be able to do enough save who ever it was she found.
She took a deep breath and did her best.
