I Found An Autobot 2.0

RETURNING to base after leaving his good friend Micheal at the hospital for his long shift, Lennox and Ironhide found chaos. Soldiers were franticly running away and vehicles were peeling out of the place. The Autobots gathered around outside the confusion.

"What the hell is going on? " Lennox demanded as he exited Ironhide's alt form.

"Where the hell are all my men going? Where are they all going?! " Lennox asked with his hands up. He faintly saw the form of Epps and a few others from his squadron running towards them.

"I was warned you, things may be hectic when we arrived.. " Ironhide stated, watching the other human soldiers pile into vehicles and leave almost like they were afraid.

The autobots gathered together and discussed some kind of plan.

"We split up. That's our best option here! " Ratchet stated looking at Optimus. Ironhide vented, listening to the comms he was receiving from other Autobots to fill him in. 

"Frag. " He muttered. Will looked up at him.

"What? Hide, what's going on here? "

"Will.... We cannot stay here. Things have changed. " Ironhide told him.

"What do you mean changed? " Lennox asked turning to Epps as he approached. The others had disappeared.

"Epps man! The hell is going on here? Ironhide told me things changed. What's goin on? "

"Man I don't know for sure but it's sum bullshit I'll tell you that. I was with them two there. " He pointed to Sideswipe and an injured Sunstreaker.

"He don't look too good. " Lennox commented.

"That's cause we got attacked. I was with them when these black SUV's started shooting these crazy looking guns and almost killed us! We managed to lose em' but they put a tracker on one of the cars and now they're on the way here. "

"So we fight. Who are these people? "

"I dunno man. But they're after the big guys. They were the priority and the targets. We were just 'collateral damage.' "

Lennox glanced up at the Prime. He was conflicted hearing this news.  Optimus then looked to Ratchet.

"As much as I do not favor the idea, you are right. We have to leave. We must remain under cover and cease all contact with humans. "

Optimus glanced at the  few humans remaining behind. "Other than our few exceptions, of course."

Optimus informed, thinking about Sam and Lennox mainly. Ratchet nodded. "It is our safest most logical option for now. Don't use comms or radios, no cellphone contact either; they can be traced and tracked to your coordinates. No communications what do ever until this blows over."

"If it does. I don't know, they seem pretty determined about this time around. " Sideswipe mentioned.

He's been preoccupied with something on his cybertronian data pad this entire time.

"They've got new weaponry that does significant damage. Almost took my fragging arm off. " Sunstreaker growled as he held his injured arm. Ratchet repaired what he could, but he could not use his blasters on that arm.

"So what now? " Optimus looked down at Will.

"William, the rules have just changed. Humans are attacking us. Naming us the enemies, the alliance has been broken. Indefinitely this time, I'm afraid. "

"But who the hell decided that?! And why! "
Will exclaimed. Ironhide lowered his hand as Will and Epps climbed on.

"While we know some humans are still in our favor, it is not enough. We will protect those who aid us, but those who do not, we abandon. "
