I was listening to my album, Red. I’ve gotten so many good responses from it, and it always made my day. I even read some more good reviews about it in my website, Taylor Connect. But some songs weren’t reviewed “too good” by my fans, though. Especially the “I Knew You Were Trouble” music video. It’s really depressing, but I have to agree, it’s not all that good for the eyes of my young fans. But hey, Robert’s the one who did the scenes and stuff. All I had to do was follow, without any other choice.

I smiled when I heard the song “The Last Time”. I really had fun while I was recording it with Gary. He’s really friendly, and his voice is really cool to hear when he’s singing it with the right song. I smiled at those memories. Then shook my head into reality.

Today was the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and it’s being held later at ten. I still have three more hours (yes, I woke up that early) before I go there, so I’m just spending my good time listening to my own free copy of my own Album. Robert told me that I was nominated so I should go there. I hope I win something, though.

As I finished all the tracks on my album, I looked at the clock: seven-thirty. I just shrugged and got ready for the Awarding. I went to the bathroom, showered, wore my best dress (a gold one that shines because of how it was made) and combed my hair. My mother insisted that she’ll call a personal parlor that would come here herself so she could arrange my hair to the best. I knew that my mother was stubborn and persistent, so I just agreed. There was never any chance to stop her from her choices.

So, I just slumped into my bed and got the remote, then turned on the television. I turned the channel to Nickelodeon, checking to see if the Kids’ Choice Awards has a commercial for today. They’re showing it live, so I’m already nervous, because I’m afraid of embarrassing myself or make a mistake or something. A simple mistake can cost my whole career. So Robert would always remind me to “Act Good” and don’t slaughter or something. In which I always nod and say “Yes” like an obedient Labrador.

“Today!” The television commercial said, “Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards for the year 2012 will be held!” I sighed, then listened more, “From 10 to 11:30, you will watch all the famous stars, artists, and singers band up for some slime!” I shivered. I’ve been slimed before, on last year’s awarding, and I need to tell you that it’s really icky and gooey. It’s a little hard to wash it off, but it’s quite fun.

Some scenes from last year’s awarding showed up, especially the scenes from when Twilight, Lady Gaga, and other people were awarded. Then after, another note to remember the watchers to wait for the Awarding for the Slime of their Life, and the commercial ended.

My phone started ringing, and I took it, pressed the accept button, and said,

“Hello?”

“Taylor! Oh, yes, you’re finally awake! Are you finished dressing up?” Robert. My manager. My parents never really had the chance to be my manager. Too busy.

“Yeah, just gotta finish my hair. My mom called a parlor to make it for me. Why?”

Why? Nickelodeon just called. They said that they’ll have to apologize.”

“Why?”

“They asked for a one-minute rehearsal because they wanted you and One Direction to do a duet on both of your most-rated song!”

What?!” I asked in surprise. This is pretty last-minute.

“Yes, what. Anyway, you have to be in the studio right now. They need you to rehearse with the boy band. They’re already on the way. Don’t be late!”
