Still flashback~

It's a week after my birthday. My parents had come to Canada for the funeral of my grandparents. We stayed in my grandparents house while also packing for me to move to my aunts place. 

My aunt was very calm and understanding. I stayed at her place until coming to Korea. She sent me to Korea because she trust that I could raise myself. Her family was breaking because of me after all.

She didn't exactly want me to go to Korea alone but her husband is very demanding and hated that I was living with them. I have heard them arguing before about me being in their home. 

My aunt was mostly mad at my parents for not being the one to take care of me. She said that it's my parents fault that her parents is no longer with us. I blamed it on me. If I was just more responsible I wouldn't be such a burden.

I asked her to send me to Korea and she was against it at first but her husband has been forcing her to agree to send me. She had no other choice but to send me. The choice was South Korea because I learned Korean by myself with the help of technology.

After I turned 17 in summer vacation, they finally sent me. I was very scared as I flew a year after the accident. My aunt gave me all the information's of my parents that she had just so I could visit them someday. 

End of flashback~ 

"And now I am here." I said to Taeyong with tears running down my face. "I am now very responsible and I live alone. I made amazing friends such as Amber. And I go to school and work." I said wiping my tears away. 

"I don't think I would want to leave at all after meeting you and your friends." I said looking at him. I saw that he was sad. "Did I make you sad? Oh no I'm sorry." I said getting closer to him. "No it's just. After all that has happened to you, you are still so optimistic." He said.

"Well yeah. My grandma told me to be optimistic and help people in need. If I hadn't done that I don't think we would be here right now together." I said smiling. 

"That is what caused my nightmare." I said as the we looked at the sunset. "Ever thought about going to a therapist?" He asked. "Nah no need to waste money on that. I got Amber and you." I said. 

We looked at the sun setting. It was such a calm atmosphere. I felt closer to Taeyong than before and it felt as if after telling him what had happened I became more free. I felt better and a bit happier. 

After a while we went back to my apartment. On our walk there me and Taeyong was just being everyday teens. Racing each other on the sidewalk, singing songs together and he even carried me for a bit.

When we got back I think everyone knew. We were singing and rapping very loudly. When we got back to my apartment, we lowered our voices. Yuta was sitting on the couch eating chips. "Hey Yuta." Taeyong said greeting him.

"Hi hyung." Yuta said while munching on his chips. "Where did you guys go?" Yuta asked us. "Went to relax a bit." Taeyong said sitting besides Yuta on the couch. "Where is Johnny?" I asked. "He's still resting I believe." Yuta answered.

"I will call my friend Amber and ask her to drop you guys off." I said walking towards the room Johnny was in. I knocked and he answered. I entered and I found him looking at the ceiling.

"Hey are you ok?" I asked as I close the door behind me walking into the room. "I'm just thinking about school." He said looking at me. "Oh. Well I came to tell you that I am going to call my friend to drop you off." I said and he nodded.

"Don't stress about school to much. You are still young and you deserve to have fun in life." I said as I walked out of the room. I then called Amber. She said that she would be there in a bit and she will drop me off at her apartment instead.

I agreed cause why not. I packed my bag so that I could go to Amber. Amber came shortly after and we left. We dropped Taeyong off first since his house wasn't very far from my apartment. We then proceeded to drop Yuta off and then Johnny. 

Amber then dropped me at her apartment and she went to work. I just chilled in her room. Her roommate wasn't home so I was all alone. I fell asleep quite fast. I was very tired of the day. I didn't have any nightmares and I believe that this was the best sleep I ever had.

Next morning~

I heard my alarm go off on my phone so I quickly stood up to stop it. I didn't see Amber next to me so I just did my morning routine. After I was finished I went to the living room. An amazing aroma filled the air.

Breakfast. Amber made breakfast? I walked to the kitchen. "Morning Y/n." She said with a smile. "Morning." I greeted in return as I sat at the table. Soon Amber's roommate came downstairs. "I smell breakfast. What's the occasion?" She asked half awake with her eyes squinted. I shrugged my shoulders.

"I am being generous. Can't I be generous? You are so ungrateful." Amber said placing a plate before me. Her roommate sat across of me. "Hey~" She said greeting me while waving. I waved back.

"I don't think I introduced you guys to each other yet." Amber said placing two pancakes on my plate. "This is Sam, Y/n. Y/n, Sam." Amber said. "I still haven't repaid you." Sam said to me. I looked at her confused. 

"What for?" I asked. "For taking care of my little sister when I was studying. I still apologize." She said and I shook my head. "No need really. It's ok." I said. "No I insist." She said as Amber gives her a plate with pancakes on it. 

"You are very kind Sam." I said as I took a bite from the pancake. "No you are kind. Imagine taking care of someone you hardly know little sister. My sister really likes you by the way." Sam said as she took a bite from her pancake as well. 

I smiled. "She is very nice." I said. All three of us had breakfast together. Amber then dropped me off. I completely forgot to tell Jaesung that he didn't need to drop me off at school today.

As I got to school, the first person to greet me was Yuri. She looked irritated. 

"Hey Yuri. Is everything ok?" I asked and she shook her head. "I don't think the relationship between me and Eunji is working out." She said as she began looking sad. "We have been together for maybe a month or two." She said as she began to get sadder.

"Hold on. We should go to the bleachers. Let's go." I said as I dragged Yuri with me. She was looking down. In the corner of my eyes I saw Jaehwan with flowers in his hand. He was walking towards us but stopped midway.
