Hey guys! This one is another wonderful request from @SpicyH!

"Basically, the reader is an earth bender as well and lost her hand when she was young, but has a earth bended basalt hand, which is a type of rock, and she can move it like anything else. So basically, she's meeting Korra and the gang for the first time since Lin wanted to introduce her wife since the gang noticed the ring on her necklace and so the reader pulls a prank on them and pops off her rock hand scaring the heck out of the gang and making Lin laugh."

I hope you enjoy!

"Spirits, I can't believe I have to go to this ridiculous party." Lin snarled, making you let out a small giggle. You walked over to her, fixing her outfit and smoothing out any wrinkles with your hands.

"Oh, Lin, stop. Just because you miss a day of work does not mean that Republic City will explode." Lin huffed in response, rolling her eyes before relaxing.

"I like this pantsuit on you; it looks good." You smiled, complementing your wife to try and distract her from the party.

Lin, not so used to compliments, smiled, but still made sure it was genuine. "Thank you. I thought it would match your dress."

You looked up, a wide smile on your face. Your eyes sparkled, "Really? That's so sweet of you, Linny!" Lin blushed, chuckling a little as you kissed her cheek.

As you continued to fix the wrinkles on her suit, Lin eyed your basalt hand, softening her expression. She met your eyes, looking a little worried. "Are you sure you're going to be okay? I don't want anyone to make comments."

You playfully rolled your eyes, giggling and humming a little. "Of course I will. I've had this baby since I was a kid." You kissed her cheek, smiling. "Come on, let's go! I'm excited to meet Korra."

Walking up to the venue, you were quite surprised, to say the least. This party hall was insanely gorgeous! You looked to Lin, who was unfazed. Gulping, you linked arms with her, walking past the tall, golden doors. Placing your good hand on your chest, you gawked in awe.

Large and intricate columns made of marble swirled into smaller designs as they cascaded down towards the floor. The whole room seemed to be made of marble, swirling everywhere it went, accented with gold. There was a grand staircase leading upstairs, connected by two converging ones that led to two different sides of the venue hall. Balconies accompanied each opening, enabling an owl's eye from above. Lit by candlelight, the whole room glowed a gentle and sleepy yellow, making it warmer. Butlers walked around with trays of appetizers and champagne, all dressed to the nines. As far as you were concerned, this was the fanciest party you had ever been to.
