Until The Very End.

Leaving for Christmas.

After a long year, it was finally time to go home for christmas. Millie and I had spent the whole day packing our stuff, making sure we pack everything. If you leave anything in your dorms, your dorm elf will take it in as it's own.

Our dorm elf Orla comes unto our dorm to clean at the end of every year when we leave. So every year before we leave for christmas, I leave her a shirt of mine and Millie leaves her a pair of socks, so then she will have something for christmas to look forward to. A knock is heard on our door as we're packing.

"Come in!" I shout out and look at the door as it opens.

"Hello Neville. Everything okay?" I said to him as I lock my trunk and turn around.

He runs up to me and hugs me tightly. I let out a smile and hug him back. "Thank you Andy, again. And you Mill" he says turning to Millie as she returned him a smile instead.

"Have a wonderful christmas guys" he smiles.

"Yeah you too, have a good one" Millie says to him and hugged him.

"See you in January" I smile at him before he leaves.

"That was adorable" Millie laughed as she pulled her trunk to the door and turned off the light.

I left a note on my bed for Orla,

'Dear Orla,

We've left you christmas gifts for being so sweet to us these past 5 years. See you in a few months!

"Let's go" I say as we carry our trunks out the dorm and down to the common room where once again, as always the boys waiting for us.

"All ready to go?" George said grabbing my hand.

We both nod at him and Fred lead the way out of the common room. The walk to the station was quicker than we thought. We entered the train and headed towards our usual compartment. We passed Angelina who was sat alone, looking out the window.

"You go, I'll catch up" I said letting go of George's hand as he nodded and continued to walk on.

"Hey Angelina?" I say gently to her as she looked up at me.

"Andromeda" she replies and looks back out the window.

"Can I sit?" I ask her politely and she nods yes.

I sit opposite her with the table between us. She turns to look at me and lowers her arms so she's no longer crossing them.

"What do you need?" she asks me.

"I just wanted to apologise for what happened at the beginning of the year. It was a huge idiot move and I'm sorry" I say looking at her. She sighs and nods.

"It's alright" she said as a small smile appeared on her face "I was in a mood that day, I didn't mean to react like I did"

"We alright?" I ask her.

"We're alright" she smiled and looked back out the window. I stood up from the table and made my way to our compartment. I slid the door open and closed it behind me before sitting by George.

"What was that?" Millie asked me.

"Just made up with Angelina, no big deal" I explain as they all nod. The train journey back home to London went by surprisingly fast. We all started to get off the train as we reached Platform 9 3/4. George helped me off the train and turned to me.

"Come see mum?" he asks me quickly.

"Yes of course" I nod before he dragged me towards Molly.

"Mum! You remembe-"

"Andromeda!" she squeals interrupting her son and pulling me into a warm hug.

"Hi Molly" I laugh after hugging her back.

"Oh look how grown up you are! Such a pretty girl you are! Exactly like your mother" she said holding my face in her hands.

"Thank you" I smile at her as she looks at George.

"You better be treating her well son" she warned him.

"He's an absolute angel Molly" I reassure her as her smile grows.

"That's a good boy" she says to him and letting me go.

I turn to Ginny and she hugs me tightly.

"I'm gonna miss you" she says into my stomach.

"It's only a few months Gin, we'll be back then" I smile and then turn to Ron.

"Look after her yeah?" I say to him and he nods.

"More like the other way around" Fred laughs and I go to hug him.

After Fred, George pulls me towards him and hugs me. Fred pretends to vomit as Molly hits him and tells him to be quiet, turning her head back to us and smiles.

"See you soon Moony..." he whispers. I smile at the nickname and nod happily.

"Bye Georgie. And wish everyone a Merry Christmas off me and the family" I then say to Molly.

"Of course dear" she smiles.

I let go of George and walk away towards my family, him watching me walk back safely before leaving with his family.
