It's been days since Harry's confession. Harry told Ron about it and Aurelia told Hermione about it. The bespectacled boy acted like he was fine in front of Aurelia but he was far from okay behind closed doors. He acted as casual as possible around her; he was less touchy with her and stopped calling her Lia.

As for Aurelia, she was a great actor, she really pretended like the confession never happened and stayed as her outgoing self.

Alex said 'I told you so' daily to Aurelia since the day it happened and he demanded Aurelia to buy him a new set of quill which she did.

Meanwhile, Aurelia tried to brush off her feelings for Harry by hanging out with Blaise more. She grew to be fond of the Slytherin boy but she still couldn't keep the Potter boy out of her head.

Christmas is approaching which excites the curly-haired girl, however, when she remembers that means she has to spend more time with Harry, she becomes less enthusiastic.

Ever since their Horcrux hunt, Harry and Ron discovered the calming solace from inhaling a small device known as cigs which is exactly what Harry's currently doing in his room.

"I thought you had stopped smoking, Harry," Hermione scolded Harry, "Ron has."

"I promise nothing," Harry replied unbothered.

Hermione looked at Ron and the redhead just shrugged.

"Aren't you and Aurelia supposed to do something?" Harry asked.

Hermione sighed knowing that what he meant is that he wanted to know where Aurelia is.

"She's with Blaise," Hermione answered.

"Oh," Harry nodded, "Does she fancy him or something?"

"She doesn't," Hermione sighed, "And you can't get upset if she eventually does."

"I know and I won't," said Harry as he inhaled more of his cig.

"You really need to stop smoking that thing, it smells horrible and it's really bad for you," Hermione reminded Harry.

"I know the consequences and I'm fine with it Hermione — honestly I have near-death experiences every year, this shit won't affect me," Harry stated firmly.

"You don't know that," Hermione pointed out.

"Honestly, lay off Hermione!" Harry snapped.

"Mate, don't talk to her like that," Ron glared at Harry, "She's just concerned."

"Sorry Hermione, I didn't mean to," Harry immediately apologized.

"It's alright," Hermione replied.

"Really, I'm so sorry-"

"It's alright, Harry," Hermione chuckled, "I forgive you."

Hermione noticed that Harry went back to his fifth-year self a bit after the Battle of Hogwarts, he would snap a lot and be consumed with his own thoughts causing him to zone out a lot.

"RON!" someone opened the door aggressively.

What are the odds? It's Aurelia.

"Eurgh this place reeks of smoke," Aurelia shrieked. "Come here, Ron."

"Huh?" Ron frowned at Aurelia.

"The thing," Aurelia reminded him.

"Oh yeah!" Ron came to a realization and immediately got off the bed. "C'mon, let's go outside."

Once they were outside, Ron immediately asked, "So?"

"Well Alex said it's done, he'll give me the official letter in a couple of days," said Aurelia
