Jane agreed to stay another week to give us together to decide when we returned back to Boston what our next move would be.
Today, on my itenirary I had us going to some of stores to sample several of their local syrups. Jane and I enjoyed our pancakes and waffles. I figured if we like any, we could purchase a few, get their contact information so we could order more as well. Plus, I had a few recipes that I had been dying to make that you add your own flavor of syrup.  The cooking show host chef said to try several and her delicious dish would be the hit of the party. While Jane and were doing our tasting,  I  came across some kitchen antiques. I was mulling around a different look for my kitchen.

Jane and I purchased maple, blueberry,  blackberry, strawberry syrups. Some of these places had breakfast diners attached. We ate at one and had waffles with strawberries, whip cream and maple syrup with a side order of their special locally owned and made on site antelope links. The flavor of the links was outrageous tasty.

The maple syrup making process from the beginning to them bottling it to be boxed. With the syrup by the window gave us a pretty site on the various syrups we could purchase. I felt like I was visiting a winery when you see wine in glass and look at the color.
