Marinette's POV
It's been one year since Adrien left school. I went through all of Junior year hoping he would come back but he never did.
Adrien's POV
I have just started modelling for my father and his fashion company. I'm now in really good shape and I really want to return to school. I've even had a growth spurt so I'm now 6ft 5 so I tower over most people and could most likely beat them up with ease, but I wouldn't.
The next day at school
"Class today we have a new student joining us today, he used to go here but now he's back." The teacher said as she introduced me. All eyes turned to me and 99% of the girls just stared.
"Hi I'm Adrien some of you might remember me from sophmore year. " I said.
"Of course I remember you Adrikins." A high pitched voice yells. Ugh Chloe my old bully. But now she's suddenly being nice to me I bet I know why. My dad is rich now and I'm 'hot' apparently. And according to Nino I'm 'ripped' whatever that means.
Then I saw her. Marinette. The most beautiful girl I'd ever seen. She was staring at me in disbelief.
Marinette's POV
I couldn't believe it Adrien Agreste. The Adrien was back at school. I just wanted to run up and kiss him and tell him all about my crush on him and how much I've missed him but I was too late Chloe ran up to him and hugged him. However he actually pushed her off and sat next to Nino. Then he turned around and winked at me, I could feel my cheeks turn bright red and the glares of Chloe and Lila.
He was actually back.
Adrien'a POV
I just wanted to run up to Marinette and tell her all about my crush and how beautiful she was but I couldn't because she probably didn't feel the same about me.
The rest of the school day was very boring. Just like the old days. I noticed that Luka wasn't talking to Marinette at all. Maybe they broke up and I actually have a chance with her.
After class Chloe came up to me and started to flirt, terribly. "Adrikins, I can't believe how good you look can you remember the old days when you had a crush on me."
"Chloe I never had a crush on you plus you used to bully me your only being nice to me since my Dad's rich and I'm in shape now so go away!" She just looked shocked and walked off crying "Daddy." I was just about to get into my car when I heard a voice call out my name. "Adrien!!" When I turn around I see Marinette.
"I just wanted to tell you something before you go." She said out of breath.
"Actually I need to tell you something as well but you can go first." Before she could say anything Lila came barrelling into me, knocking Mari over in the process.
"Oh I'm so sorry Adrien I'm so clumsy." She said. Ugh great now I'll never know what Marinette wanted to tell me.
Sorry for not updating in a long time I've just been really busy.
