Louis' POV.
Harry and Devin have been acting strange recently ,I thought they were good friends. I thought that from the pictures I saw that they are inseparable friends ,but Harry seemed to get repeatingly mad at him. However, me and Harry become close friends ,we would talk all the time ,joke about things and etc . He's always happy and energetic but when it comes to speaking about topics related to relationships ,his mood suddenly drops . And suddenly my phone starts ringing .
"Hello?" I answer
"Hey it's me Harry"
"Oh hey Harry ,everything alright ?"
"Yea umm I'm infront of your house ,get down here "
"Okay I'm coming"
And then I hung up ,I opened the door and he came in .
"Yea Harry?"
"Nothing I'm just bored so I invited myself over is that alright?" He laughed
"Yea.."
"I'm joking I came to give you your jacket ,you forgot it at my house and I forgot to give it back to you"
"Oh thanks I've been searching everywhere for it "
"So where's the food " he says while walking towards the kitchen ,he opens the fridge and grabs an energy drink and starts drinking it . Seconds after , my phone rings ,it's Devin . OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT I forgot that Devin is coming over , and I really don't know how things between Harry and Devin are right now.
"Umm Harry ?"
"Ye-" he gets cut off my a knock on my door . I open the door and Devin hugs me really tightly until he notices my worried expression
"What's-" and then Harry barges in...
"What the fuck are you doing here Devin" Harry shouts
"Why do you care,I'm here to have fun with my best friend" Devin says coldly
"I-" I get cut off by their argue
"I'm not leaving anyway " Harry said
"Great ,I won't leave too" he says sarcastically
Devin then walks to the living room where I have my Xbox ,and he starts playing video games. I run upstairs ,got my bathroom and lock the door and cry my eyes out . I don't understand anything ,I'm trying to help but I don't get anything . They're both confusing ,and their fights started ever since I appeared . It's all my fault.
"Louis ?! Louis open the door!" Harry banging on my bathroom door
"What do you what ?!"
"Open the god damn door or I'll break it " i get up and unlock the door ,Harry barges in and pulls me in his arms and I start crying more.
"What's wrong ? " he asked worryingly
"You and Devin were such great friends until I appeared ,in trying to help but I don't understand what going on "
"Wash your face and come to me, I'll be waiting for you in your room to tell you everything"
I nodded and washed my face . I walked Into my room ,Harry was sitting in my bed playing with his fingers nervously .
"Harry?"
"Yea Louis come here "
I walked closer to him and sat beside him.
"Okay so I lied " he started
"Me and Devin weren't friends , we wer-" and suddenly Devin's loud voice filled the room
"BEST FRIENDS , but then we just started to get slowly apart that's all,now Louis walk with me "
I look at Harry and he gives me a small nod ,then I get up and follow Devin
We Walk around the neighborhood speaking about random topics and pointless things, but my mind still managed not to stop thinking about 'why are Devin and Harry drifting apart' . So I ask Devin.
"Devin?"
"Yea?"
"Why are you and Harry "slowly drifting apart"? "
"Because he started to change, and I'm too busy with my life to put up with someone's bullshit and their changes"
"But Harry is a sweetheart,I don't how he used to be like but he is still a big-hearted sweetheart!" I almost shout
"Louis, a part of growing up is losing friends , sometimes your friendship with someone is just not meant to be and you have to let them go for the best"
"B-but-"
"Louis , I told you-"
"Does it have anything to do with me" I cut him off
"No-"
And I suddenly hear a voice shout behind us
"CANT YOU FUCKING GIVE IT UP" Harry shouts
"Harr-" Devin tries to say
"YOU CANT EVER STOP LYING,CANT YOU, CAUSE THATS WHAT YOU ARE , A HEARTLESS LIAR " he cries out
I look at Harry ,his eyes are puffed and his face is red full of streaming tears. My heart fell into my stomach at the sight.
"Harry-" I try to calm him down
"L-Louis just p-please get away from him-" before he even completes I see Devin walk towards Harry ,clenching his fists. Devin punches Harry and knocks him out. I run to Harry trying to wake him up
"WHY DID YOH DO THAT,HE PASSED OUT" I almost shout at Devin
"I d-didn't know it was going to lead to this" he says worriedly
"Well hurry up, let's get him to the hospital" I say while trying to carry Harry but Devin takes him from my arms and tells me that it's okay he can carry him alone without any help . We walked to devins car my eyes stuck on Harry all the time.
