"Bruce, he's waking up now." Thor's voice was the first one Y/N heard as he woke up.

Followed by Bruce "Oh yes, do mind taking a step back." he said as he gestured for Thor to stand a couple feet back where he was in the room "Not sure if he'll bite this time again, well more of a high voltage bark but you get the point."

Thor had no Idea what Bruce was talking about but listened anyway, science just wasn't his forte. With Y/N waking up and renewed with warmth he slowly started to open his eyes, he knew way too well now that It was no dream. 'At Least this time the room I'm in seems more homey' Y/N thought, in fact he'd been put in on the visitor rooms at the tower for now.

Y/N started up in bed and began to massage his temples to only quickly start looking at and taking in his new arms and hands, He was completely oblivious to the two men standing in front of him.

"Ahem" Bruce cleared his throat to get Y/N's attention. "Good morning Y/N my name's Bruce Banner but you probably already knew that or didn't."

Y/N startled and stopped looking at his hands to give Bruce his attention "Hi...uhm well good morning, I don't mean to be rude but where is my family ?" It was the first thought he had, unfiltered he just spoke. Before even getting an answer he removed the sheets that covered him to see his 'new' legs, to touch and wonder, he continued to act on impulse.

Bruce gulped not knowing how to exactly answer "You've been through a lot, and the shortest answer I can give you is it's complicated. Right now let's focus on you, how do you feel ?" He smiled to reassure the young man.

"Like shit." Y/N said.

Bruce's smile slowly faded, he rubbed the back of his head, knowing he probably couldn't help the boy seeing as this situation was a lot more than complicated. "Well I'm going to come closer to you to check if everything is working fine, promise not to blast me like you did Tony ?" He said in another attempt to joke and make light of such a tense moment.

Y/N nodded but soon after had a thought out loud "You're like not Bruce Banner right ?" He said, staring inquisitively at Bruce.

"I actually am, why do you ask ?" Bruce spoke with confidence, he was hoping that Y/N was someone of intellectual status and had read his research. "Oh because you're like the guy with glasses that turns into the big mean green guy, part of the avenger, saviors of New York or something like that'' Y/N paused as Bruce got close and started checking his vitality and such. Bruce definitely didn't enjoy what Y/N was saying but he appreciated the boy being distracted and not zapping him so let him carry on.

Y/N kept talking "Come to think of it, it would actually be so wild if your body guard over there was like Thor or someone, No definitely Captain America. I've heard he's a blonder under the mask." At this point Y/N hadn't heard Thor speak so even though he knew of Captain America's voice, any tall blonde muscle man could be in that suit.

Thor's interest peaked, before he had no plan on talking or interacting with Y/N but now he had to play around with the mortal. "Actually I'm much more impressive than Captain America.'' He said in his most boisterous voice, he was now living on the nearest wall trying to look cool.

Y/N's mind was blown at this point "There's no way that you're- No you can't be" he said smiling, which in return Thor smiled as well "Now the hair makes sense, you're Thor no ?"

"Indeed mortal, I'm surprised you didn't recognize us sooner" Thor said, still trying to keep up the cool guy act.

Bruce at this point had finished his check up and was writing on a clipboard and talking to himself softly. "Well it's been a while since I saw you guys on TV, Not to mention some of you wear masks and some of you transform from small to big and green so" Y/N said making an obvious reference to Bruce and Hulk. "Sorry to cut this conversation short but Y/N do you mind getting up for me ?" Bruce said, Thor at this point was a little disappointed , he was hoping that he could've gotten some praise out of that conversation but alas it was cut short.
