Renjun's POV:
The door rang and everybody stared at me.
"Why are you looking at me," I asked them.
"Open the door" Yangyang pointed at the door, and they all nodded, is this normal? I'm literally getting pushed around by everybody in my friend group - even the younger ones!
"Since it's my friend I'll open the door, but not next time!" I warned them, and they began to laugh. I have such good friends, don't I?
"I'm coming, give me a sec!" I yelled before standing up. I walked towards the entrance and opened the door. As expected it was none other than the smiling otter himself!
"Hello, Renjunssi" Shotaro bowed to me.
"No need to be so formal we're friends! just call me Renjun" I smiled.
"Oh okay, and same to you too just call me sho-chan!" Taro showed his infamous smile. such a cutie!
"Alrighty, Sho-chan wanna come inside or just stand there all night?" I joked to lighten the mood.
"If I may I want to come inside" He replied while still smiling. I let him in and led him to the others.
"So this is Shotaro" I introduced him to my friend group.
"Hello my name is Osaki Shotaro and I'm an exchange student from Japan!" He bowed to them.
"Hey, hey, hey you don't have to be so formal with us, Renjeon's friends are our friends! I'm Jaemin!" Jaemin smiled. Soon they all started to introduce themselves.
"I'm Yangyang!"
"I'm Pwark Jisung!"
"Chenle" Chenle waved his hand.
"Lee Jeno!"
"It's nice to meet you guys I hope we can become good friends in the future!" Shotaro smiled. We began to just talk about random things such as if he played SAO or if he had met Yuta sungseng yet since they're both Japanese.
"I've talked to him before he's really nice" Shotaro replied.
"Wow, Taro-hyung your really good at speaking Korean" Chenle praised Sho-chan. Chenle and Jisung calls Sho-chan for 'Taro-hyung' because sho-hyung doesn't sound as appealing as Taro. And Sho-chan adores them!
"Oh thank you very much, actually I've studied a bit of Korean in Japan because I knew that I would come here so that's probably why!" Shotaro smiled. We continued to talk about Shotaro and I was kinda happy, I wasn't thinking about Haechan so that's a good sign, although I am a bit embarrassed because I fell for his jokes, but anyway I can keep ignoring him until we graduate!
The night came and we slept in the living room except for Jeno and Jaemin. They decided to sleep together in the guest room, but rest assured they didn't do anything dirty!
"Shoot the clock is almost 8!!" I yelled. We forgot to set our alarm yesterday and we overslept. We're going to be late.
"Don't panic, we'll just take my minivan for the 6 of us!" Yangyang assured us that we wouldn't be late today.
"I'm hungry!!" Chenle came out of the bathroom holding his stomach.
"Shut up and take your bag" I threw his school bag at him. I really hate being late - especially in school because everybody is going to stare at you. We sat in the van while Yangyang's driver drove us to our school as fast as he could.
"There's literally two minutes before school starts" I was really stressed out.
"Injun we're in the same class so it'll be embarrassing for both of us, don't worry too much about it" Yangyang tried to comfort me. As soon as the car stopped in front of our school I took Yangyang's hand and ran towards our classroom. But as we stood in front of the closed door, we both knew that the lesson had begun.
"Fuck" I whispered. Now everybody was going to look at us.
"Let's just knock and apologize" Yangyang knocked on the door. Johnny sungseng opened the door for us and we bowed down to apologize for being late. Johnny sungseng didn't say anything but raised his eyebrow not looking at our face.
"Are you guys a couple or what?" Johnny asked us.
"Huh?" We both replied before realizing that we were still holding hands. I let go of Yangyang's hand and my eyes caught Haechan's. He was glaring at me...
"Nah I'm just kidding sit down" Johnny sungseng laughed. We walked towards our desks which by the way was right next to each other. My face was still as red as a tomato. Now the whole class thought that we were holding hands.
I couldn't look up because of the embarrassment, but a note was thrown at my desk which caught my attention. I opened the note and read it "Did you see how much Haechan was glaring at me? geez"
I laughed without thinking and now everybody including the teacher was looking at me.
"Renjun is there something you want to share with the class?" Johnny sungseng asked me.
"No sir" I replied.
"What does that note in your hand say?" Johnny asked me again. I panicked, I couldn't read that out loud, but before I could say something Yangyang took the note from my hand and put it in his mouth.
"Oh so you guys held hands earlier and now you are sending love letters?" Johnny smirked.
