Chapter 10-Mustang

It didnt take me and Al long to find where they had hid Ed. But we didn't barge in until Amy finished dancing with Ed.
Al couldn't wait any longer, his anger deepening for the young girl.

We burst through the door, the shards of wood cutting the air.
We looked and stopped, Ed lay at her feet, squirming and screaming. "If i were you, i would be a good little military dog and sit." she said, a glare of danger in her eye.
I nodded and sat down crossing my legs

"what are you doing?!" cried Al.
I laughed and replied casually "im doing as she told me...and i suggest you do as she says as well, otherwise your brother will die."

Amy moved her hand away, and stretched them both at shoulders length "and in case your'e thinking of some great escape plan...i have backup" Gluttony, Lust, Pride and Greed all leaped down from the ceiling. Each had their eyes set on me and Al. They stood slightly behind Amy, but close enough that i wouldn't be able to blink before they attacked me.
I looked at Ed, a jolt of guilt rocked through me as i looked at his bruised and battered body. His black top was ripped revealing whip lashes and cuts. His wound had bled, and dried blood clung to the skin i had singed earlier. He groaned and shimmed about trying to sit up comfortably.
Ay's gaze followed mines and she smiled "you know, for someone that has fought a war in which he watched children like Ed die, you do seem to have a weak spot for him."
I laughed and replied sarcastically "Oh Amy, its because he's my dog...after all, i am his boss" i smirked. "anyway, where is Envy, i presume she's watching in the shadows..." i said turning my head to look around.
"So, Amy, how were you made? who made you? I mean, if im going to be here a while, i need to know who the host is..." i said shifting my head back to face her.

She smiled and moved left, beginning to slowly pace. "Father made me, im his first daughter. I died when i was 15 because of a flu epidemic that plagued our town." she said matter of factly.

"well whatever your father told you was wrong..." said Ed, i turned towards him surprised that he had managed to speak. "Amy, your not even related to anyone in this room....your not even from this world, your...." Ed was cut of by the sarcastic clapping that echoed through the ballroom. Envy.
He stepped out of the shadows a smile stretched fro ear to ear.
"How did you figure it out?" he asked Ed, the smile turning into a evil smirk.

Ed laughed and stared at Envy, "it wasn't hard to be honest, i realized that she didn't know anything about this world, even though he's 536 years old." he said.

Envy stopped smiling and glared at Ed, "so...you really know everything! well...i guess you should tell Amy..im sure she'sjust DYING to know.." she said emphasizing the word dying.

Ed sighed and turned to Amy, "Amy. you are not from this world. you...you....you are from the other side of the gate...You see, you were ment to be the first Envy, but when father tried to kill the Xerxians, he had to pull some energy from the other side. your world is out energy source. But you died once you reached our world, and the extraction of energy would fail if you died before fater took it. So he switched transmutation circle, and made you into a Humunclus...He kept you in a room,killed everyone in his hometown, and created a Philosopher's Stone. He kept you hidden, only using you for tasks that he knew you could acomplish. When he finally killed and took to souls of the Xerxians, he made Envy, therefore making a step closer to becoming the god he wishes to come." He finished, a gleam of pride in his eye.

"hahahahahah, what makes you think that that's what happened?" laughed Envy walking closer to Ed.

"i remember...i remeber everything..." said Amy silencing Envy "The fullmetal alchemist is right..."

A/N

Ok, so i know i said that this chapter would be the BIG fight chapter, but i came up with a great plot twist, so decided to use that first..BEFORE you go mad, yes, i am still using the fight chapter, however it wont be until after another couple of chapters. so please bare with me..

ALSO, big huge thanks for the 3 : Amy havelock, Adss0804 and lastly someone that likes my work (which im so proud she does) ClARKTRINITY...i feel as though she deserved this chapter...I just thought i should say thanks for giving me the boost i needed to continue writing things, expecially after something that happened to me today..
