Jimin was afraid.

This whole situation felt awful. The tension in the air was thick, suffocating almost and knowing what was on the line made it feel even worse. A massive scale war was on the brink of erupting between two forces that could swallow everything up in the girth of their power. Heaven and Hell. The two realms seemed like some poor settings for subpar horror or fantasy movies, but Jimin had quickly realized just how real they were. Just as real as those that led them. Jimin knew that this was something Jungkook had to do. In order to avoid the outcome of the Great Twilight, this was necessary. That didn't mean he had to like it. Jimin was surprised at how quickly Jungkook got a response from the first of his brothers to his challenge. It was a necessary part of this whole ordeal. A rivalry had to take place between the four brothers, leaving only one standing at the end of it. The victor earning the right to absorb the power of his slain brothers. Their joined power would allow a shift in the oncoming threat of war and hopefully be enough to stop it.

Jimin swallowed as he joined his hands in front of his chest, almost as if his silent prayer would reach someone that didn't hold a stake in this. Jimin's vibrant black – blue hair shifted in the brush of wind that passed over them. His gaze locked on the scene before him. Taehyung and Namjoon each on one side of him as they also stared forward at the scene before them. Seokjin and his partner Hoseok a little further off to the side. Taehyung glanced down at Jimin, placing a reassuring hand on the small of his back.

"Don't worry Min, I'm sure Jungkook can do this." Taehyung said.

Jimin's eyes lowered, a small nod following.

"I – I know he can." Jimin said, but the emotionally strain on his tone spoke of slightly different feelings that he tried to push down.

"There is no need to worry." Namjoon spoke up, causing Jimin and Taehyung both to turn their heads and look at him. "My Lord will not lose."

Jimin stared up at Namjoon for a moment, seeing the sternness of his expression, but the confidence with which he spoke did bring Jimin some relief. If anyone knew what Jungkook was capable of, it was Namjoon. Jimin slowly turned his head forward as he squeezed his joined hands. 'You can do this Jungkook.'

Jungkook stood tall, his long dark locks shifted against his face with the passing winds as his narrowed gaze was directed ahead of him. It met the equally icy gaze of a familiar face. Blonde curly locks shifted about the beautiful male's face, his features sharp, well defined and handsome. His skin was pale, but almost seem to have a glow to it. A small smile crossed his thin lips as he stood just as tall and proud as Jungkook.

"I will admit dear brother, I didn't think we would meet again like this." The male spoke, but his tone hardly portrayed his words.

Jungkook's expression remained cold as he stared back at the other.

"I think it was obvious that things would come to this Gabriel." Jungkook said, causing Gabriel's smile to fall as his eyes narrowed.

"We wouldn't even be in this situation if not for you and your foolish affections for a tool." Gabriel said, side glancing at Jimin before looking back to Jungkook.

Jungkook's eyes narrowed a little more, his jaw tightened as a dark aura started to surround his form and Gabriel let out a harsh chuckle, shaking his head as he shrugged his shoulders.

"Oh? Did I touch a nerve?" Gabriel asked.

Jungkook held out his hand as it started to spark and crackled violently with his power.
