.:[ Sapnap POV ]:.

The wind flowing through the lavender field like a river, shifting the flowers from left to right. Sapnap found himself standing in the middle of the field, his bandana gently blowing with the breeze. He leaned down, plucking a lavender stem from the ground, he clutched it in his hands, staring down at it, he let out a sigh. This new George guy was going to be a problem. He was getting between Dream and Himself, Sapnap wanted to stop this, he didn't want to lose Dream so easily. He didn't like Dream romantically, he felt as though Dream was the big brother he never had. Sapnap was afraid that George would distract Dream too much, and they would spend more time together, Sapnap hated being alone, he needed people around, especially Dream. "Don't worry Dream. I'll make sure he stays well away from you.." he mumbled quietly to himself, crushing the lavender in his hand.

.:[ End POV ]:.

It was a new day, the sun was sparkling, the clouds were drifting by and the town was busy as usual. George had finally gotten an understanding on what to do around here, he met a lot of people yesterday and was hopeful to remember each of their names. Dream was sorting his tools with Sapnap, they seemed very happy chatting and laughing and mucking around. George caught Dream's eye and walked over to the two, he smiled and waved "hello Dream, hey Sapnap. How are you both?" He asked, shifting his goggles up. Dream smiled, he was happy to see George, something about George made Dream smile, always smile. Whenever he saw George, his world would ignite with happiness. "Hey George, nice to see you again. I'm doing great. What about you?" He replied. Dream's gaze shifted to Sapnap, who at the time had a frown and his eyes were avoiding George, Dream could tell Sapnap wanted nothing to do with him.

George scratched the back of his head, he felt awkward around Sapnap, the way his eyes just burned with rage towards George sent shivers down his spine. His focused shifted back to Dream when he spoke. "Nice to see you too Dream, and that's good! I'm doing pretty well myself. I've met a lot of amazing people. Everyone's been so friendly and I've mange to get a lot of awesome stuff!" He smiled to Dream the sleeves of his hoodie flapping as George shook his hands around in excitement. There was still that feeling, Dream made George so happy, like his whole world was pure. Though George had never seen Dream's face, his heart was exploding with energy. Dream looked to Sapnap, sighing. "You two will get along soon. But uh— that's good George, I'll show you around. We'll cya later Sapnap." Dream gently pushed George forward away from Sapnap, until he walked off pointing out buildings for George and explaining them.

.:[ Sapnap POV ]:.

Sapnap sighed. His world was slowly crumbling to ashes, George was the fire and Dream was his world. Sapnap saw it as George was corrupting and stealing Dream from him. Sapnap needed Dream. Dream has always been there for Sapnap, from the very start. "Cya then—" he looked up at Dream hopeful for him to stay and let George figure things out himself. But of course that didn't happen. He watched as the two walked off, leaving him behind. Sapnap dropped his shoulders. He slipped his bandana off his head, clutching it tightly in his hands, it was something from Dream that made Sapnap feel more connected to him. It was a unhealthy fear of being alone or rejected.
