Looking around the Great hall, the girl sighed once again she hadn't been able to spot her red-head girlfriend. She hadn't seen Lily all week and was thinking that maybe the girl was avoiding her.

So trying to forget those bad thoughts Rave focused her attention on her friend, Regulus Black, that seemed annoyed about something. He had been ranting about some essay that in his opinion was due early because of some Ravenclaw.

"—so because of that smartass we need to finish that stupid essay by Monday" The Slytherin boy stabbed his shepherds pie with his fork. Rave looked at the pie being destroyed then back up at the boy.

"Well now you will finally have something to do during Hogsmeade" She reached forward and patted the irritated boy's shoulder before scooping his crumbled pie onto her plate.

"Hey! That was mine!" He tried snatching the plate to take his food back. Rave having the advantage of being across from him just scooted back with the plate. Regulus huffed, stopping his attempts to take his food back. She shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something that Regulus couldn't hear.

"What?" He leaned forward to hear the girl. "I said that I'm just checking if it's poisonous" she smiled innocently before eating the last bite of his pie. He rolled his eyes before picking up his pumpkin juice.

"Well now we know you are safe from deadly food so farewell my friend" The girl winked at him before pushing herself up and walking towards the large doors. Slipping outside to the hallways, Rave started her way to the dungeons before she heard someone sniffling.

She followed the noise and came across a scene that wasn't very surprising. The sniffling had been coming from a small Hufflepuff boy that was avoiding the gazes of the taller boys. Rosier and Snape towered over the boy with their wands gripped in their hands.

"So what should we do Snape? Little Mudblood here thinks he belongs here. Maybe we should knock some sense into him" Rosier smirked and glanced at Severus as if asking for his input.

"I suggest you two leave" Rave took fast strides towards the trio. She pulled her wand out and pulled the Hufflepuff boy behind her.

"And why should we do that?" Rosier sneered at the girl, his mood dampened by the interruption.

"Because I don't think your father would be keen on hearing that you got expelled by Dumbledore" She smiled maliciously watching as the boy clenched his jaw shut. He rolled his eyes before grabbing Snape by his cloak and dragging him away.

Turning to the boy behind her, she crouched down to his level and wiped his tears away. "I'm sorry for asking but do you mind telling me what happened?" She smiled in an attempt to comfort the boy.

"I had come out of the bathroom and they saw me making my way to the great hall. So they pushed me against the wall because apparently I'm a weak Hufflepuff that needed to be taught how to rough. I tried standing up to them but it just made it worse. They kept pushing me to the wall and I hurt my head at some point. Then Rosier asked if I was a mudblood" The boy said quickly, rubbing his head.

"Don't listen to them they're stupid gits who take pleasure in bullying children. Now come on let's go get you a pack of ice" The girl extended her hand to the boy and he accepted it with a smile. They started walking towards the hospital wing in silence. Rave didn't mind it but when she looked at the sorrow look on the boy's face she decided to start a conversation.
