ɴᴀᴍᴇ: ᴇᴠᴀɴɢᴇʟɪᴄᴀ

The rain poured down on the windows harshly causing a certain Ravenclaw to wake up earlier than usual. Surprisingly none of the girls in her dorm heard her getting up and ready. She made her way to the common room after tidying up and grabbed her bag that had her name, Evangelica, at the bottom because according to her mother it would be easier to find it if she lost it. In Evangelica's opinion, she was just glad it was on the bottom so no one would see it.

The common room had only a few people, a couple sitting on the couch cuddling, two girls studying at a table, and one guy writing a letter. Rushing out of the tower, the girl thought about investing on some ear plugs while also cursing the rain.

Yea. I'm definitely asking mum for some ear plugs.

You know walking around the halls at 6 AM really feels different. There's no loud people, pranks, and no Mulciber.

Lets just say he doesn't exactly bond with people who are muggleborns. Honestly I don't understand why he thinks it's a hobby to throw curses at anybody who is a muggleborn or 'blood traitor'. Like if you hate us so much why are you so obsessed with us? He should take a page from Lily's book because ignoring people she hates is her specialty.

It would be great to walk around this early. No disruption and no slurs being thrown at me. Now If I ever say this to Sirius he would probably tell me to stand up for myself. Problem is I'm too tired to argue with anyone. Because who wants to have a debacle with someone at 9 am.

I soon came across the Great hall and I slipped in quietly. I glanced around the area that consisted of probably 10 students. There were about 4 Hufflepuffs eating eagerly which made me question if they were sane. Who is so happy to be awake at 6 in the morning? I walked to my table and sent some weird glances to the beaming badgers.

Skipping my vision from the empty Gryffindor table I looked to the Slytherins. 3 people sat there, one reading a book and the other two chatting while they ate their toast.

I took a seat at my table, sitting my bag next to me and looked to the last three people in the room. There were two girls with platinum blonde hair a few spaces away from me and one guy sitting near the professors table.

I grabbed my transfiguration essay from my bag as I noticed that I would be here for a long time before my first class.

After many minutes and more stupid rain, people started filling the empty spots at their tables and soon enough the Great hall was full of noise like it was every day. Lily gave me a wave from her table which I reciprocated and added a friendly smile. I watched as she looked to the doors and tried hiding behind a book. Of course there was no need for me to look to know that James Potter had just walked in.

She moved her book so I could see her and Potter couldn't and started mouthing 'Help me'. This is a regular routine for me and our other friends Marlene, Alice, Mary, and Dorcas. We go and save Lily from James's terrible flirting tactics. The girls say that they save me from Sirius's flirting too, but I always say he isn't flirting. Which he is not they're all just delusional.

I stacked my papers and made my way over to her. James spotted her and ruffled up his hair and I laughed behind my hand. He started walking faster towards the ginger and I could see her eyes turn from anger to panic all at once. It's sort of amusing but I'm never going to risk telling her that. She might murder me in my sleep.

"Come on Lily-flower. It's just a date and I promise we can have some fun after" is the first thing I hear as I approach the two Gryffindors and I had to resist the urge to laugh in James's face as I sat down across from them.

"Hey Lily, Potter" I greeted them before Lily could snap at him. She sighed before smiling at me. Probably thanking me with her eyes.

"Potter will you please go awa-" Lily turned to James after she saw him still sitting there.

"Hey Angel" Sirius's voice made me turn my attention to him as he sat next to me. From the corner of my eye, I could see James smirking at Sirius. Sirius glared at him and then turned back to me. He was about to say something before I cut him off.

"You know Lily and I have to go get something from the library" I stated, standing up with Lily following my movements. Before I could get off the bench, Sirius grabbed my waist and pulled me back down to the seat. I wonder if he could hear my heartbeat speed up.

My face had been turned to him so I just tried my calmest face and raised an eyebrow. This motherfucker just smirked at me and kept his arm on the dip of my waist before turning to talk to James who had Lily trapped with his arm around her shoulder.

I just rolled my eyes before leaning into him after seeing no escape. We would just have to wait for Mary. She usually came down after Lily.

'What now?' Lily mouthed, clearly irritated at James to the point that if he did anything else she would probably punch him.

'Wait for Mary or the others' I responded, sighing as I let my head lean on Sirius's shoulder.

"When are you going to let me go?" My head lifted as I whispered in Sirius's ear. He turned his head to me and our lips were so close that it made my tiredness leave my body quicker than speed. One look at his lips made me think all sorts of things. For one they look really soft and very kissable right now.

What the fuck? Why am I thinking about kissing him?

"When you give me a good morning kiss"

Ok now my breath had been taken away. Breathing? never heard of her.

"What?" My voice cracked, making me internally hate myself for being so vulnerable. Being flustered in front of him is obviously giving him more confidence because he hasn't taken that stupid grin off his face.

"If you want to of course" the blush forming on his cheeks made me almost lean forward and forget that there were a bunch of people around us.

Key word: Almost

"Are they about to snog each other?" Marlene's voice brought us back down to earth. I quickly ripped my head away from him and turned to face Marlene's dropped jaw and Mary's wiggling eyebrows.

"No we aren't lets go" My eyes dropped to the hand that was on my hip. I quickly shuffled out of my space on the bench and without looking back I strutted away.

"Well were you?" Marlene, the oblivious, followed behind me with her giggles. She was cute but I am too embarrassed to talk to her so walking away is the best option.
