This morning i got a call from barnes telling me that the team has a case but me and Emily aren't going for some reason. So i meet up with Emily at the Bau after the team left them we go onto the elevator to get to Barnes floor

"what do you think the bitch wants from us"

"Probably to fire me but i don't know about you"

"what do you mean fire you what'd you do"

"jj wasn't supposed to tell anyone but Barnes made jj unit chief and put me on administrative leave"

"are you serious i knew i filed a restraining order against her for a reason"

"you have a restraining order against her. Why did i not see that coming"

"i don't know but i can tell i have a restraining order against her because i just fucking hate her she thinks she's the best and try to dismantle people's teams so she can be incharge of the unit so she can become the director. power seeking bitch."

"huh tell me about it." Emily says as the elevator door opens and we make our way to her office

"good luck em"

"yea i'm gonna need it" 

We knock on her door and she opens it and tells us to turn our phones off and leave them outside and then we make our way over to the seats in front of her desk.

[Barnes}"i want to say that is conversation is recorded"Today is February 1, 2018. This is Assistant Director Linda Barnes sitting with Unit Chief Emily Prentiss and SSA Alexia Rossi. Now, Agent Prentiss and Agent Rossi, do you know why you're here today? 

[emily]I do not.

[Alex]Not one clue 

[Barnes}Agent Jareau didn't call you? 

[Emily]No. 

[barnes]We're not off to a very good start, are we? I've asked you one question, and you've lied to me. Shall we try that again? Did Agent Jareau call you? 

[Emily}No, Agent Jareau did not call me. I called her to let her know we had another case. She informed me that she had spoken with you, but she did not disclose what was said.

[Barnes] Agent Jareau isn't in any trouble. I expected she'd call you. As I'm sure you're aware, it is the one-year anniversary of Agent Reid's and Agent Rossi's arrest in Mexico following a high-speed chase with the local authorities. Your team traveled down to conduct your own investigation into the incident and, per your case report, transfer them to a federal facility in the U.S. I went through your findings and subsequent months-long investigation. The thing is, once I started to dig, I couldn't stop. What I found, Agent Prentiss, was that with you at the helm, team loyalty is more important than Bureau policy. 

[Emily]That's not a fair assessment.

[Alex] wait so is this what everything is about you calling jj here then the next morning calling us here that's pathetic we took 6 weeks off everything is fine now. Spencer and I were drugged okay so get that through your thick skull and stop trying to blame people for things they're not responsible for if you want to blame someone blame me or better yet cat adams she is in prison for a reason so keep Emily out of it.

 {barnes] Moving on as your team has expanded, so have the cases you've agreed to investigate. Mistakes have been made.
