it feels like a mask one must put on
though laugher may arise after a time of despair
black paint can never truly be covered by white
yes it's been years but don't expect much to change
the ability to mask such darkness comes with that time
rust always eats away the paint you covered it with
the only things that'll shine like new are the ones never taken out of the box
for this body has been taken out and abused
it isn't like the ones with their shiny cover
those one with a cover i do adore
i beg you to speak on how you've done so well so long
but it's is not their doing that let them shine
it's the fact the their box was never destroyed
