ALL the Gladers felt finally safe and welcomed to the facility the soldiers took them to. Rosie had doubts especially when she recognized a few of the workers and a rescue. Strange things didn't connect and she felt workers were on to her about her memories, especially the man with the name of Janson. People reveal themselves to Rosie trying to help her and convince her to escape the facility before they kill them. The Gladers escape the facility with a few tag alongs. Rosie starts remembering more things at a rapid speed and figures out a lot about her past.
While the Gladers head to find the right arm, friendships are tested. Loyalties have been broken. Relationships are strained. All bets are off. On the run from WICKED they must escape go through desert and ruined cities and face the perils of the Scorch. A desolate landscape filled with dangerous obstacles.
