Emily's P.O.V.
We finally got to my apartment. Even though the train ride was quiet, it was the kind of quiet that was comfortable and warm. It's hard to explain.
*they finally get to Emily's apartment*
Emily: Here we are...Home sweet home
Spencer: *walks in* It's a nice apartment
Emily: thanks *walks in after him* Aww
Spencer: What's wrong?
Emily: Sergio didn't come greet us at the door
Sergio: *comes to the door and meows*
Emily: Sergio! Hi baby! *picks Sergio*
Spencer: hello Sergio
Sergio: *meows*
Reidiss: *laughs*
Emily: *puts Sergio down* So...Are you hungry?
Sergio: *runs away*
Spencer: Yes
Emily: What are you craving? Cause I have a need for tacos.
Spencer: *laughs* Tacos are fine
Emily: *smiles* great
Spencer: Want to watch a movie?
Emily: Sure...what do you want to watch? I have disney movies, Pretty in Pink, Star Wars-
Spencer: Star Wars!!!!
Emily: *laughs and rolls her eyes* I should've known!
*halfway through Star Wars: The Phantom Menance, 5 tacos, 2 horchatas*
Spencer: *watching the movie intensely*
Emily: *glancing back between Spencer and the movie*
Spencer: Emily?
Emily: yeah?
Spencer: *pauses the movie*
Emily: Why are you pausing the movie?
Spencer: Because we said that we would talk when we get back. So, we're gonna talk about it
Emily: *sighs* now?
Spencer: *chuckles* yes now. Or else no more tacos
Emily: you wouldn't
Spencer: *takes the tacos* try me
Emily: Give me the tacos and I'll start talking
Spencer: *stares at her* fine *gives Emily's the tacos*
Emily: *grabs the tacos*
Spencer: Now talk
Emily: *sighs* I've been having nightmares
Spencer: about what happened with Doyle?
Emily: *nods her head*
Spencer: Have you tried talking to your a therapist?
Emily: I don't like therapists
Spencer: Your mother?
Emily: We don't like each other
Spencer: Hotch? J.J.? Garcia?
Emily: Hotch'll suggest that I talk to a therapist. J.J. will talk to me in that mom tone that makes me feel like the entire thing wasn't my fault when it was. And Garcia...oh my loving Garcia...she'll just try and make everything positive and it won't help me face reality or the problems that I'm having
Spencer: oh Emily...
Emily: And I don't want to burden anyone with my problems and-
Spencer: Emily...that's what family is for! So you can tell us your problems and we can help you out. You don't have to do this alone...not anymore
Emily: But...Spence....
Spencer: No! Stop hiding from me and open up to me! I know that it's hard and sometimes you want to give up on yourself, but I refuse to give up on you
Emily: *speechless*
Spencer: *blushes*
Emily: *hugs him* Thank you
Spencer: *shocked then hugs her back* You're welcome
Emily: Now can we please finish the movie?
Spencer: *laughs* okay *plays the rest of the movie*
Emily: *falls asleep with her head on Spencer's shoulder*
Spencer: *puts his head on Emily's shoulder and falls asleep*
*the next morning*
Sergio: *meows*
Emily: *groans*
Sergio: *meows and jumps onto Emily*
Emily: *wakes up and groans* okay Sergio, I'm up
Sergio: *meows*
Emily: aye aye sir *gets up and goes to feed Sergio*
Sergio: *eats his food*
Emily: *goes and changes into a different outfit*
Spence: *stirs in his sleep*
Emily: *notices Spencer on the couch* oh shit
Sergio: *goes to the couch*
Emily: Sergio! No!
Sergio: *jumps onto Spencer*
Spencer: *starts waking up*
Emily: *rushed to Spencer and grabs Sergio*
Spencer: *wakes up*
Emily: uh oh
Spencer: Emily?
Emily: *smiles awkwardly* good morning
Spencer: *gets up* I must've fallen asleep
Emily: me too...
Spencer: I'm sorry for intruding
Emily: Don't be...and I don't mind you staying the night
Spencer: Okay
Emily: You hungry?
Spencer: Yeah actually
*cell phone rings*
Emily: *picks up her phone* Prentiss?
Garcia: Hey, we got a case
Emily: Already? It's only been a day
Garcia: I know but the world needs superheros and you are said superheros
Emily: *sigh* I'll be there in about an hour
Garcia: alright
Emily: *hangs up*
Spencer: A case?
Emily: yup. How about we go to your house real quick and you can change before we head into work together
Spencer: That sound like a good idea
Emily: great *smiles and grabs her go bag* let's go
Spencer: *follows Emily out the door*
