Reid's P.O.V.
Reid: After we got to the office and went to the conference room, I noticed that Emily seemed really quiet. She didn't seem to be focused on anything.
Reid: hey
Emily: *silent*
Reid: Emily!
Emily: *snaps out of trance* huh?
Reid: are you ok? you seem really quiet
Emily: *fake smiles* yeah, I am
Reid: ok *in mind* Does she really not want me to know what's going on? Why won't she let me in? I understand that she is still recovering from the Doyle thing, but she can still talk to me about it.
Hotchner: sorry that I'm late everybody. I had to take Jack to school today.
the team: *nods their heads*
Hotchner: ok, what do we have today?
Garcia: so, we have a case from Ottowa, Illinois. There have been teenagers going missing and all turning up dead
Morgan: well, how long have they been missing?
J.J: a good 36 hours
Morgan: ok
Hotchner: who was the recent victim?
Garcia: more like victims
Emily: victims?
Rossi: wait, two?
J.J: yup, this unsub takes two teens and they both are found dead 1 day apart
Emily: how long has this been happening for?
J.J.: 3 weeks
Morgan: wow, that's just, over the top
Rossi: well, how many victims have there have been
J.J.: including the two most recent victims, 6
Hotchner: yeah, everyone wheels up in 30
the team: *nods and leaves the room*
Reid: Emily?
Emily: yes Reid?
Reid: you do know that you can talk to me about anything, right?
Emily: *sighs* yeah I know, but sometimes, it's hard to talk about it when it is the one thing that never leaves your mind
Reid: I know what you mean
Emily: *smiles* really?
Reid: *smiles back* yeah
Emily: well *blushes and looks down to make sure the spencer doesn't notice* thanks
Reid: no problem Emily
Emily: *looks up* you are the best friend that anyone can ever ask or *hugs Reid*
Reid: *hugs her back* the same goes for you Emily
Emily: *smiles and leaves the room*
Reid: *sighs*
*on the jet*
Morgan: ok, so tell me something
Rossi: *looks at the file* what?
Morgan: what do these kids have in common?
Garcia: they all have brown hair, blue eyes, button noses, full lips, and two dimples
