The reason why is because my job and its dangers made me find my one true love. And it all started around 2 years ago.

Emily: It has been a few weeks since the Ian Doyle incident. My mother keeps nagging, emailing, texting, and calling me to try and convince me to quit my job so something like that never happens again.
*at 7:30 in the morning*
phone rings*
Emily: *picks the phone up* Mom!! I don't want to here anything come out if your mouth about my job, ok?! So please, just leave me alone!!!
????: Whoa!! Emily, it's me, Spencer.
Emily: *sighs* Sorry Spence, I'm just-
Reid: really annoyed with your mom?
Emily: yeah
Reid: so, do you need a ride to work today
Emily: That's weird, Spencer never asks me if I need a ride to work, since I drive myself to work. But the best thing it is that I am getting a ride with my crush. Yeah, I definitely need a ride today.
Reid: ok, I'll be there in 20 minutes!
Emily: alright, see you in 20 minutes *hangs up the phone* alright, I have 20 minutes to get ready * takes a 5 minutes shower and after the shower, gets dressed in her work clothes*
Reid's P.O.V.
Reid: *wakes up at 6* I have to be at work in 2 hours *takes a shower, gets dressed, and leaves to the cafe*
*at the cafe*
Cashier: hi Spencer!!
Reid: hi Mrs. Martinez!
Cashier: the usual?
Reid: definitely!
Cashier: coming right up! *goes to make the coffee*
Reid: *goes outside to wait for his coffee*
*phone rings*
Reid: *answers it* hello?
J.J: hey, Reid, it's J.J! there's a new case
Reid: what's it about?
J.J: you'll find out when everyone is here
Reid: well, who is there?
J.J: just me, Garcia, Rossie and Morgan
Reid: Hotch isn't there? he's always there before any of us
J.J: I know, but can you hurry up and can you get Emily to get here as well?
Reid: Emily? she wants me to pick Emily up?! Heck yes!! ahem, I mean, yeah, of course!
J.J: okay, why do you sound so excited about picking Emily up?
Reid: *in a high pitched voice* what do you mean? ahem *in a lower voice* what do you mean?
J.J: Garcia!!!!
Reid: do not bring Garcia into this!!
Garcia: *now on the phone* what is it my blonde beauty and super genius?
J.J: Reid did a high pitched voice when I asked him why he was so excited about picking Emily up
Reid: *in a high pitched voice* no I didn't! ahem *in a lower voice* no I didn't!
Garcia/J.J: oh my god!
Reid: what?!
Garcia: *laughs* you like Emily
Reid: *in a high pitched voice* no I don't ahem *in a lower voice* no I don't
J.J: *chuckles* okay loverboy
Reid: J.J., don't become the next Morgan
J.J: okay, well, we'll talk about it later, now go get Emily and get your butts over here
Reid: okay *hangs up*
cashier: *comes up to Reid* you're coffee will be done in a few minutes
Reid: okay *calls Emily*
Emily: Mom!! I don't want to hear anything come out of your mouth about my job, ok?! so please, just leave me alone!!!
Reid: whoa!! Emily it's me Spencer
Emily: *sighs* sorry Spence, I'm just -
Reid: really annoyed with your mother
Emily: yeah
Reid: so, do you need a ride to work today
Emily: Yeah, I definitely need a ride today.
Reid: ok, I'll be there in 20 minutes!
Emily: alright, see you in 20 minutes *hangs up the phone*
Reid: *hangs up*
cashier: your coffee sir *hands Ried the coffee*
Reid: *pays the cashier* thank you, now I've got to pick up Emily today *leaves to pick Emily up*
