UA Entrance Exam Day

Three hours before the Entrance Exam

(All Might's POV)

Young Midoriya was standing before the sunset screaming when a girl suddenly appeared from a portal on the ground. It must be her quirk. I thought.

"Cinnamon, are you ready for today?" She said excitedly. I was not so far from them, so I could hear their conversation. "I-Iri! Y-you startled me. What are you doing here?"

"Oh, sorry! I was jogging when I saw you. And so, I came. I miss you, cinnamon!" I blushed to see the girl hugging young Midoriya which was so flustered by the sudden hug. As he got released from the hug, the girl continued speaking, "Let's do our best at the exam later, okay?"

"Y-Yeah!" And then they said goodbye to each other before the girl opened a portal and disappeared. That's a useful quirk. It's a good thing that she's enrolling at UA. I finally went to Young Midoriya and gave him some final advice before today's event. "You earned this power fair and square. Remember that a true hero rises when there's nothing to be gained. So get there, clench up your butt, and let your heart scream 'SMAAASH!'"

(Iri's POV)

After meeting my cinnamon roll, I went back home to prepare for our entrance exam. I was so nervous that I felt nauseous. Two and a half hours later, I finally arrived at UA. I was standing at the entrance when I saw Katsuki threatening my nervous broccoli. "GET OUT OF MY WAY, DEKU, OR I'LL KILL YOU."

What happened after that went along as in the manga. Ochako saved Izuku from falling, Present Mic being him, and he explained the guidelines of our practical exam, and Iida called my cinnamon out for muttering. Then, the voice hero announced the start of our exam, "PLUS ULTRA! Break a leg every one!!!"

(All Might's POV)

I was watching the quirk apprehension test from the observation room with the UA faculty. On one of the monitors, I could see my successor getting terrified on instinct. At first, he couldn't move at all until a sparkling blonde boy saved him from a one-pointer robot. With that, he lost all the tension in his body and started getting some points. Young Midoriya could use 10% of OFA with his arms now. I remembered the first time he threw a smash using 100%. He got hurt badly.

I hope he won't get damage this time. But knowing him, for sure, he'll be, especially when --

I couldn't finish my thoughts as I saw the girl from this morning on the monitor next to my successor.

She is using a different quirk?

I was surprised to see that she was generating bright purple force fields to defeat the villain bots instead of creating a portal. Afterward, she wore it, like armor, and attacked them. It was obvious that she knew some martial arts, like young Midoriya. Their moves are a little similar. Then, she captured a two-pointer robot by creating a spherical force field around it. After that, she minimized the size of the force field, crushing the robot like a can. So powerful!

"This year's quite a productive harvest, huh?"

"No way to know that yet."

"But this should tell us more."

Said three of the faculty members as a zero-pointer robot emerged in each of the mock battles ground.

Young Midoriya jumped and smashed the gigantic robotic villain to save the girl trapped below it. He looked so cool!! On the other hand, his friend created a large shield to protect the others. It nullified the attack of the zero-pointer on them.

I wonder why she didn't use her portal creation quirk.

Because of the sudden appearance of the 'Arena Traps,' young Midoriya used 100% of OFA to save his fellow examinee that resulted in him getting injured. He was falling and about to hit the ground when the girl he saved slapped him, and he floated.

Whew! That almost gave me a heart attack.

"IT'S ALL OVER!!!" Present Mic yelled.

And the quirk apprehension test ended with that.

(Izuku's POV)

I lost control of what percentage of OFA I should use. Instead of my normal output of 10%, I used my full power. Now, I was on the ground after getting saved by the brown-haired girl who stopped me from falling flat this morning. She also told me, "It's a bad omen to fall before the exam." I couldn't move both of my legs and my right arm.

"Great job! Here have some candies. Eat up!" The youthful heroine, Recovery Girl, suddenly appeared out of nowhere. She gave the examinees she saw on her way to me some sweets. "You're so reckless," she told me as she kissed me on my head to heal my injuries. I was not surprised because I first met her during my training with All Might when I tried to use OFA for the first time.

Ah, I feel so tired and sleepy.

After the exam and getting enough rest, I saw Iri with Kacchan waiting for me. Well, Kacchan didn't want to do that, but Iri imprisoned him in her energy shield, you know. He looked very angry, and there were some explosions on his hands while yelling, "OY! DEKU!! I WILL KILL YOU!!!"

"Shut up, pomeranian! And behave!"

"K-Kacchan, Iri, w-what are you still doing here?"

"THIS TOMBOY WANTED TO WAIT FOR YOU, AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE HAD TO INCLUDE ME!"

"Of course! You have to wait for your wifey!" Iri replied which shocked me and Kacchan.

"I-Iri?!"

"BITCH! I DON'T SWING THAT WAY!"

Ever since we turned 13, Iri started saying that I was Kacchan's 'wifey.' And whenever Kacchan was attacking me, I always saw her smiled so excitedly and blushed before getting in between us.

Oh no. Here she comes again.

"S-Sorry Kacchan! And Iri, could you please release him?"

"Su-- wait! What happened to you, cinnamon? Why do you have bandages?" I explained that I got hurt during the exam. "OF COURSE, NERD! BECAUSE YOU'RE F****** QUIRKLESS! I TOLD YOU NOT TO G--" Kacchan couldn't finish what he wanted to say as Iri told him to shut up. Ah, yes. Kacchan still doesn't know that I have a quirk now.

Anyway, we all went home after that. The next day, Iri came to my house to talk about what happened. I told her and my mom that I lost control of using my quirk. About that, nobody knew that I got my quirk from All Might. I just said that I was a late bloomer which they believed. No questions.

(In Iri's mind)

I thought his body wouldn't get busted since we started training at the age of four. It seemed like what we did was not enough. Anyway, I know that he can use OFA now better than in the manga.

After a week of waiting, we received an acceptance letter from UA. Kacchan, Iri, and I all passed!
