Today I woke up with a smile on my face. I was dating Johnny Lawrence, and I was happy. "hey I washed your dress it's on the back of your door sweetie!" my mom says as we're eating breakfast . "you know it would be nice if I could pick out my own dress" I say with a fake smile "I need you to look classy y/n " "whatever!" .
I got to school with Olivia and I saw Daniel , today is the day I tell him and of course he's with Ali....perfect. "hey Daniel I need to tell you and Ali both something" I say with a weak smile "what is it?" they both ask "well um me and Johnny are.." "please don't tell me you guys are-" "dating? yes we are" Johnny says popping up making me jump a little bit. "are you serious y/n! you're dating him. i can't believe you " Daniel says yelling. " Daniel please can we talk in private?" Johnny and Ali both walk away.
"just let me explain please?" I beg "fine you have 5 minutes to tell me why i shouldn't be mad!" "okay thank you! So I didn't like Johnny at first , none of us did but I promise he's different now. I really like him he makes me happy Daniel , and he makes me laugh ,he's nice to me, he doesn't judge me. And maybe I'm just desperate but I think i-i love him -" I explain "okay okay enough. wait hold on hold on , did you just say you loved him?" he asks "um yeah I think I did" I say with a slight laugh. "okay fine I'll tolerate him JUST for you " "thank you!!" "yeah yeah". we both hug and he goes to find Ali and I go to find Johnny.
*your house*
I finally got home from school kind of happy that I got that off of my chest . I go to my room and change into the outfit my mom left for me (outfit underneath) it wasn't bad, just not my style. "honey Johnny's here!" my mom yelled from down stairs "coming" . and there he was in a grey suit , he looked adorable. "wow y/n you look...beautiful!" he said with a smile that lit up the whole room. When Johnny smiled it always made me feel safe. "thank you " i said with a smile in return "ready?" he said "yes . bye mom and dad and Olivia see you guys there!" i shout from the front door. We go outside and he opens his car door for me I say thank you and we leave.

Me and Johnny sit down at a table with his parents "Hi nice to meet you I'm Laura!" Johnny's mom says with a smile that looked just like Johnny's "Hi I'm y/n I'm Johnny's.." "girlfriend" Johnny finishes for me, we both smile "This is Sid my husband" she says while he smile fades.. "hi you must be the girl he never shuts up about . great" he says rolling his eyes "um yep that's me " I say trying to smile. "so do you want to dance y/n?" Johnny asks trying to lighten the mood "yes of course!"
*while slow dancing*
I put my arms around his neck and he put his arms around my waist. "Sid is a real asshole" I say laughing "yeah he is, he makes me so angry!" Johnny says as his body tenses up "hey just ignore him it's okay" . As we're dancing a older lady walks up to us. "Hi Johnny. who's this?" she says pointing to me "this is my girlfriend y/n" his smile fades once again "hello y/n I'm Ali's mother. do you mind if Johnny and Ali have this dance?" I glare at her "um no I don't mind I'm going to go dance with bobby " I say annoyed "hey bobby want to dance?" I say still annoyed "yeah sure. what happened to Johnny?" "Ali's mom wanted him at Ali to dance" we both roll our eyes and I look up at Johnny and Ali and of course...they're kissing .
