Back at Marinette's house (M/POV) I climbed into my room and closed the door behind me, it was now raining harder than it had been all day. I liked the rain, rain meant unless we have reason to think Paris was in danger, me and cat noir could skip patrol. I sighed contently, looking out the window, and turned to my desk. "Tikki?" I called out, not knowing where my small friend was "yes?" she called back from my bed. I smiled sitting down at the desk and pulling out my homework "nothing just checking on you, I'm gonna start on my homework okay?" she snuggled back into the blankets under the patch of cloudy sunlight from my trapdoor. "Okay" she mumbled off before falling back asleep, I finished my homework and eventually got started on a design. At this point, I was in some black spandex shorts and a light pink sweater and I had pulled all my hair into a bun. I had just finished the sewing when I realized I needed a male model, my mannequin was a girl so the measurements were all off. I quickly picked up my phone and texted the group chat
Fearsome four M: hey guys I need help with this design Alya: okay girl, wanna face time? M: sure are the boys gonna get on Nino: ill be on give me like ten seconds Adrien: ofc ill be on! Anything to help M: okay thanks, everyone! 💞
R/pov Marinette hit the call button and Adrien was the first to answer, then Alya, then Nino. They were all saying hi to each other and just chatting while Marinette set her phone up. Luckily she cleaned her room earlier so when the phone was propped up on the desk all she had to do was roll in her mannequin. The mannequin had a black blazer on it with a fine green detailing, "Woah" Adrian gasped, "girl! You're doing men's fashion too now?" Alya squeaked, "that looks awesome Mari" Nino smiled. Marinette just giggled "trying to do men's fashion! The problem is I only have this mannequin, and it has boobs, so every time I take measurements they never look right, ya know?" she explained while walking around the mannequin pointing to parts that hung low or tugged too tight. Nino kept laughing at the fact Marinette had pointed to the mannequin's boobs, but Adrien was listening very intently. "So you need a male model?" he asked rather quickly, Marinette blushed as she remembered Adrien could see her.
M/POV AHHHH HE CAN SEE ME!? I forgot!! Omg omg omg what am I wearing?? I'm a mess AGH okay okay deep breaths... Wait what did he ask? Ugh! I was freaking out, you say the least. Do I need a male model? Is that what he asked? I mean I did, but if he knew that he would ask to help. I would LOVE to have Adrien help but- but no, I wouldn't make it, I would have to measure him, and be all close to him, not to mention he would be in my room! I had to think fast. I started "yes, I need a male model but unfortunately I have to finish this design tonight! No one can fill in that quickly it's already 6:30" they bought it! Oh thank goodness they bought it!
Adriens/POV I certainly couldn't fill in and help Marinette, but I know a certain cat who can. I smiled at the thought before Alya said "what a shame, Adrien would have been a great model for that suit!" Marinette started to do a nervous laugh while another layer of blush spread over her face. Gosh, she is cute. My brain needs help, I'm am in love with the ladybug, not Marinette, but as I looked over her I couldn't help it. Her room was dimly lit since it was still raining and cloudy outside. Her hair was pulled into a loose low bun held by a pencil, and she had on fuzzy socks with little teddy bears on them, a measuring tape pulled around her shoulders. Wow, she is adorable! Wait no no no stop! I stopped myself from eyeing Marinette again and listened back into the conversation. Nino had been talking to Marinette about one of her designs in the far back of the room, a large sun hat and a sheer robe with big fluffy feathery lining. Nino was laughing while Marinette explained she got very bored the other night and ended up making the robe. Which looked something like this:

Alya's voice broke Nino's laughing fit, "it looks really elegant, like a robe fit for a queen or someone famous! Can you make me one!?" Marinette smiled. She turned to the robe and slipped it on along with the giant sun hat and some big black sunglasses, then dramatically posed with a hand up to the "paparazzi" which in reality, was just the mannequin. Now I was laughing harder than Nino, I only stopped when Marinette took off the sunglasses and started talking again. "Of course I can make you one Alya!" she giggled while Alya excitedly squealed. I was gonna tell Alya that she better be honored to own a Marinette Dupain original design, but before I could Marinette's mom was calling her downstairs for dinner. I had dinner earlier so I was left to my own devices for the rest of tonight. "Coming mama! Sorry guys, we are having a late dinner because my dad wanted to make the pasta from scratch" she laughed "ill see you guys later!" with that she left the call. Alya immediately started to interrogate me, "so what was that about Agreste?" she wiggled her eyebrows. Uh oh, did I do something? "What?" I asked, "don't play dumb with me!" she smirked, "Alya I'm not!" I laughed back. Nino jumped in "yeah Alya, he's not playing dumb" I smiled proudly, "see Alya, Nino knows-" I was cut off by nino, "he just is dumb" he finished his sentence. They burst into laughter, "haha very funny" I said sarcastically before seeing the time, it was 7 already! "Okay, guys I got to go! Talk to you later" I smiled before hanging up. R/POV While Marinette ate dinner with her parents, Adrien studied at his desk. Both smiling as the sun began to set, although they were unaware of how pretty it was because heavy rain covered the city of Paris.
Time skip (it's around 8 now, still raining)
Marinette shuffled through her desk looking for a fabric marker, at the same time a certain black cat landed on the balcony above her. She looked up at her roof a second after the small thud, "what on earth" she mumbled climbing onto her bed. She looked out the window to see Paris's superhero in black. Suddenly, appreciative of the area of shelter over her trapdoor protecting her from the rain, she opened it. "Cat Noir? What are you doing in the rain!?" she called up to him, "well there has been a catastrophic storm all day, I had to come to check in on the purrrrincess of Paris!" he cooed down at her, leaning on his staff.
