"wilbur," eden sighed, trying to wake him up for the third time that morning. "it's 3. wake up. please i'm so bored." she groaned, looking at him.

wilbur just put a pillow over top of his head, ignoring what she just said.

"dude. i swear if you don't wake up in the next 10 minutes i'm gonna be real mad at you. we have to go out, explore the wonderful orlando. maybe we can even go to miami so you can meet my parents." she laughed, shaking him once more. the word "parents," woke him up real quick.

"i thought you didn't like them?" he said as he opened his eyes, staring at her.

"well, i mean we've been dating for awhile, and my mom said she missed me. so why not?" eden smiled at him.

"if you want to, then sure. why not?" he smiled back, hugging her.

"thank you for waking up. now, you shower and get ready, and i'll tell the other three we are going to miami." she stood up from her bed and walked to the door.

after telling the other three the plan, eden walked upstairs to see a fully ready wil. "that was fast," she laughed, messing with his hair. "okay let's go." she started walking but he grabbed her hand, pulling her towards her. he wrapped his arms around her, hugging her tightly. "what's wrong?" the girl asked, hugging his back.

"nothing. i just like giving you hugs." he smiled at her. they stared at each other, then wilbur quickly kissed her. he pulled away after.

"i like giving you hugs too." a smile grew on her face and she grabbed his hand, walking down the stairs.

they said their goodbyes and got into edens car.

"you ready?" the girl asked

"oh yes." he grabbed the aux cord and started playing music.

the three hours went by fast, and soon they were pulling into her parents driveway. this is where eden started getting nervous. seeing her parents for the first time in months scared her. wilbur noticed, and grabbed her hand. "hey, if you start to feel overwhelmed or scared, just squeeze my hand. if you want to leave, we can leave, alright?" he looked at her.

"okay, thank you wil." she quickly kissed him and got out of her car, wilbur doing the same.

they walked up to the door and eden knocked, not even two seconds later the door swung open. it was her mom.

"eden!" she beamed, hugging her daughter. the older woman looked up at the man standing next to her. "and this must be wil?"

"it is so nice to finally meet you, mrs brooks." wilbur shook hands with her.

"please, call me cara!" she laughed. "come in!" she opened the door wider, and the two followed. as they walked in, they could see 3 other people.

"they're here, john!" cara said happily.

edens dad turned his head and smiled, getting up from his chair. "hello eden! it's been awhile," he hugged her, then turned to wil. "and you are?"

"oh i'm wil, edens boyfriend," he smiled. "it's so good to finally meet you guys."

"yeah, yeah, good to meet you too." john nodded, then walked back to where he was sitting.

eden and wilbur exchanged looks and she grabbed his hand, leading him over to the living room where the other two people were. it was stacy and jared.

stacy looked up at the two and gasped. "wow, eden finally comes back! did you have fun? ignoring your family for 4 months?" she asked, standing up. jared stood beside her, trying to act tall, as he was intimidated by wilburs height.
