Chapter Fifty

Los Angeles, California

December 14, 2020- 1:00 p.m.

Getting Ready

Emily's P.O.V.

Its been a week since we found out that we're having a boy and a girl. I'm so happy about it but Drew and Aiden have been getting one my nerves. They are getting overprotective and its tiring.

"Family meeting! Now!" I yelled from the living room. I heard Drew and Aiden walking down the hall.

"What did you do?" Aiden asked Drew and I found that to be bit funny.

"Nothing that I known of." He said then they walked in and sat down in front of me.

"Ever since we found out what we're having both of you have been overprotective. I want to know the reason behind the sudden change of behavior." I said then they looked at each other. I swear these two are the same person sometimes.

"I just want my baby brother and sister to be heathy and safe." Aiden said and I thought that was adorable.

"After the other babies I just want to make sure you're staying safe and not doing things that could harm the babies." Drew said and I felt hurt.

"Why would I do something that would harm them?"

"I didn't mean it like that. I meant something like going to work where you could get hurt." He said and I understood a bit more but I don't know why he would think I would do something like that.

"Can I go now? I was playing a game with Shea." Aiden asked and I nodded. Then he got up and went back to Shea's room.

"I know you're upset baby but we were only acting that way because we care too much about you and the twins." Drew said getting up and walking over to me. He wrapped his arms around my waist, which I'm surprise he still could because I'm so huge, and buried his head in the crook of my neck.

"I can handle myself and the twins. I know how to keep them safe and heathy." I said finally giving in on the hug and wrapping my arms around his neck. I then felt a strong kick from Zander.

"Ow." Drew said stepping away and rubbing his side. He doesn't even know what I've been through with these two and their kicking.

"That's your star athlete getting ready." I joked and Drew laughed then rubbed my stomach. Him doing that calmed down the twins. They already know who their dad is. Drew then knelt down so his face was by my stomach.

"Hey Zander I know you're gonna be an amazing athlete but mommy can't away handle you kicking around like this." He said then kissed the spot Zander kicked at. "Julia my beautiful little princess we both know Zander's not the only one kicking but nice try with blaming him. Please be gently when you kick. It hurts mommy and we don't mommy hurting now do we?"

"Drew you are too adorable." I said and he continued talking to the twins.

"I love you both so much just go easy with the kicking." He said then kissed my stomach once more before standing up again. "I love you baby."

"I love you too." I said then kissed him quickly. "Now I have to go over to Wes and Stasia's house for a bit."

"Be safe driving." He said as I grabbed my keys.

"I will." I said before walking outside.

Drew's P.O.V.

"So is Emily pissed at us?" Aiden asked as I walked into Shea's room where the two of them were.

"Not anymore."

"She's so hormonal."

"Hey she's pregnant. Give her a break."
