Chapter Twenty Seven

Los Angeles, California

1:00p.m.- January 24, 2020 

Working in the studio

Drew's P.O.V.

Emily had to work today in San Diego and I was suppose have the day off. But I got called into the studio two hours ago. I had to rerecord three songs while watching Shea and Aiden. I just finished the last song.

"How was that?" I asked

"Awesome, come in here and listen to it." my producer, said than I walked in there and he played it back. It sounded better then the first time I recorded it. "That's all for today."

"Thanks, I'll see you tomorrow." I said then picked up Shea and her bag and I grabbed Aiden's hand. When were we heading to the car paparazzi came up to us asking personal questions like always. I was about to tell them to leave us alone but I heard something from Aiden that surprised me.

"Why don't you fuck off?" he said to them. They looked at me like I was suppose to say something to Aiden about cussing.

"You heard him." I said then we got in the car and I buckled Shea up then drove off.

"Nice job back there but next time don't say anything." I said to Aiden.

"Fine." he said

"Do you want to go see Emily at work?" I asked

"Yeah."

"Okay, here call your mom and tell her I'm bringing you home really late." I said handing him my phone and he call Amber.

"Dad, mom wants to talk to you." he said then handed me the phone.

"Yeah."

"Why are you bringing him home so late?" she asked

"Because I'm heading to San Diego right now."

"For what and why didn't you call me before deciding to take my son out of the city?"

"He's my son too so I can make decisions about him too. Emily is working in San Diego and Aiden and I want to go visit her. Does that answer your questions." I said getting pissed at Amber.

"Yeah. I want him back before midnight."

"Fine whatever." I said then hung up. "Bitch."

"Whats going on?" Aiden asked

"Nothing, just take a nap before we get there." I said then he went to sleep. We got to San Diego about three o'clock. Before going to the arena I stopped at a flower shop and got Emily's favorite, calla lily's. About ten minutes later I pulled up to the arena.

"Aiden carry the flowers." I said then he took the flowers. I grabbed Shea and her bag then took Aiden's hand in mine again. We walked in the building and Jojo was right there.

"Hey Jojo where's Emily?" I asked

"She's in the ring with the guys."

"Thanks." I said then we went to the ring and there she was sitting in the ring talking to Roman and Dean. We got up to the ring.

"Hey Emily I think some people are here to see you." Dean said pointing at us. She turned around and was really happy to see us.

"Hey baby." I said then we leaned in to kiss but Aiden interrupted.

"We got you these." he said putting the flowers in front of her.

"They're beautiful. Thank you." she said then got out of the ring and we all sat in the front row.
