Lando and Ally have been friends for as long as they can remember, but ever since Lando joined F1 it has been different. What will happen if they finally see each other again and feelings will get in the way?

Ally and Lando had said goodbye in Barcelona since Lando was on a tight schedule and Ally had to work the next morning again. They did promised each other to stay in touch and to see each other again on Lando's week off since they found out that they actually only live 20 min away from each other now. After the Grand Prix weekend there was a good atmosphere in the office, everyone was happy how well the team was doing and the employees really bonded over the weekend in Barcelona. The team was a little suspicious about Lando and Ally and decided to ask Ally during their lunch break about where she went right after the race. Ally explained but left out a lot of details. She said that Lando and her were friends when they were kids and that they didn't have contact in years and that it was like a reunion. She didn't want to mention that there were feelings involved because she didn't want her colleagues thinking that she wasn't suitable for the job. During the day she heard multiple rumors going around in the office that her and Lando were in a relationship but it didn't bother her and she just focused on working.
During the day Lando experienced kinda the same things as Ally did. Lando's race engineers were curious who the girl was since Lando had never brought a girl to the track. He did the same thing as Ally did, he told the truth but let out a few details. He told her that they had been friends for as long as they could remember and that she worked at MIND right now and that he was really surprised to see her at the Spanish GP, which he didn't lie about. The team was suspicious and respected Lando but they couldn't resist teasing him once in a while. During this talk with his team, Lando saw Daniel across the room signing to him. Lando gave Daniel a look and that was enough for Daniel to keep his mouth shut.

When Lando walked up to Daniel they both started laughing. When Daniel saw the girl at the track in Barcelona and the reaction Lando had on her he put 1 and 2 together and knew who the girl was. Daniel was the only one at Mclaren who knew what Ally really meant to him since he helped him when he broke down in his car. Lando wanted to keep it that way since the media can do cruel things to people and he wanted to explore their relationship as normal people.
