Chapter 6: The Drama Starts Part 1

Kennade's POV

I charged over to the Slytherin Common room, plopped down next to the fireplace and began my homework on the levitation charm.

"Wingardium Leviosa! Wingardium Leviosa! WINGARDIUM LEVIOSA!" Still nothing. I began to think that maybe I wasn't fit for the wizarding world, but then a bang, loud enough to destroy the eardrums of anyone within 30 miles of it, came from the Great Hall.

I leaped down the stairs to the Great Hall and I found some venti, storm spirits.

"Well well well well... What do we have here?" Ricky asked, walking into the room.

"Venti." I responded, "Probably trying to stop the prophecy."

"That's ridiculous!" he exclaimed, "prophecies can't be stopped!"

"Well they're too blind to see that!" I said. Just then Harry Potter, as well as around 400 students came in.

"Silence!" Harry shouted. "I will figure out this situation. All of you go back to your common rooms! Prefects, escort your houses." Soon enough, the Great Hall only held Harry, Ricky, the venti, a few students who dared to stay, and I.

"So, what are those things?" Harry asked.

"Wait! You can see them!" Ricky said, sounding nervous and excited at the same time.

"Of course I can. I'm not blind."

"But the-" Ricky started, but I cut him off.

"I'm guessing they can see through the Mist because they are magical too." I explained.

"So what are they?" one of the students said, who I had just realised happened to be Evelyn.

"They're venti, storm spirits." I responded.

"Oh! Better right that down!" she nugged Elena a little bit and they both took out a notebook and started writing.

Professor Potter took action "Stupefy! Stupefy! STUPEFY!" he yelled at the venti.

"That's er....not going to work" Ricky strangely responded.

Ricky grabbed his sword and lunged and I followed, pulling out my knife and stabbing at the monster. The venti attacked, but I was too fast. I dodged in one direction and Ricky dodged in the other.

I shouted to Ricky "Behind you!"but I was too late. Ricky was slashed across the arm by the venti. "Αφήσει!" Ricky said, which means leave in greek, but the venti smirked, and continued fighting and wreaking havoc in the Hall. "Aight," Ricky muttered "Let's do this the hard way then."

I slashed and poked, but the monster held strong. Ricky quietly said "throwing knife" at his wristband. 3 small throwing knives appeared.

Just then Grace and Serenity started running and stabbing the venti with their wands. I smacked my forehead. At least they have the courage to help, but soon enough the venti attacked again and sent them diving back.

Ricky and I kept slashing at the venti. Evelyn and Elena were scribbling things down every second, like they were going to study all the details.

Serenity started fighting with a dagger that I didn't know she had. I wanted to scream at her to move away because that wasn't a demigod weapon, but I didn't have to, she moved away herself.
