My winged OC

Name: Everest, like the mountain

Nickname: none

Age: 20 somethin

Height: 5'5

Species: Male Avian Warrior (He/Him)

Relationships: had his soulmate get kidnapped then he got blinded in one eye in exchange for them back...so yes, a significant other ((:

Appearance: Caucasian male, sandy brown short hair, one eye is blue, the other glossy yellow (originally heterochromatic), (subject to change ha) wears traditional clothes native to his clan, collected his baby feathers and uses then as decoration. His wings are slightly bigger than normal, white, and very fluffy

Power: master aerial flyer, improved vision in his good eye, can sense evil with his bad eye

Likes: clouds, colder air, some humans, plants/herbs (he's an aspiring healer), fish

Dislikes: modern human cuisine, snowy mountains (ironically), metal tools

Backstory: Everest was born in a lower class of winged people in his tribe up high in a mountain range but due to his unique eyes and larger wings he was granted assess to what was considered their tribes Elysium with out the death part. This is where a sacred temple is up kept from centuries past and where an elder is chosen to teach the hero of the higher class village to defend their kingdom. 
Everest gained favor with their chief and was trained alongside the proclaimed hero of the clan so he turned out a bit better at flying and has much better stamina than everyone else, beside the hero of course. This in turn caused people from his village (save some of his family and close friends) to become a bit jealous and reject him when he returned. So he goes off on his own a lot collecting plants and herbs and also exploring the far reaches of the winged peoples territory.

Fun fact: Everest received a diary from a human friend and learned how to write entries. He writes in it everyday.
He's also (kinda) friends with a strange tall being that likes fire.
