I woke up to my alarm again then I reached over to cut it off. I laid there with my hands over my face for a few minutes then I sat up and seen Von sitting on the end of the bed. I threw my arms around him and kissed his cheek then he started laughing and said "Hey" He handed me a small bouquet of flowers and said "Lai I'm sorry. I might be facing time..." Me: "What?" Von: "I might have to go to jail." Me: "Tell me everything that happened." Von: "Basically we was out drillin and the nigga dat got stretched was talkin out da neck and ended up shooting at us so I told Doodie to grab the wheel and I shot back and hit him in his shit. Doodie and DaeDae was pissed off cus they said I got you and Twinnem here and if I went to jail dat would be hard on you so they told me to go home. I got stopped by the police and they arrested me." Me: "I was pissed off at you too." Von: "I know... Look I'm sorry ma." Me: "Von it's gon be hard for me to take care of him on my own." Von: "I know. I gotchu tho" Me: "How if you might be in jail?" He put his head down and I said "Durk said he got a way to help you out but it's gon take some time.." Von: "Did he tell you how?" Me: "No." Von: "Damn. Man look I'm here now. Imma spend as much time wit you and Dayvon before I gotta go back." I put my arms over him again and he turned his head and gave me a kiss. Von: "I preciate you bein here thru everything. I put you thru a lot and you still here." Me: "Cus I love you." I gave him another kiss and said "I'm still gon be here when you go." He got up and said "If we ain't have Dayvon would you still stay?" Me: "Huh?" Von: "If you had neva got pregnant and this happened would you still stay wimme? I need to know if you gon ride." I crawled to the edge of the bed and put my hands on his chest then I said "Yes I would stay. Even if Dayvon wasn't born, you would still be my baby daddy." He started laughing then he said "Ight." I gave him a hug then I said "I'm mad at you for makin a reckless ass decision but I'm happy that you're safe." I felt something touch the back of my leg so I turned around and seen Dayvon crawling towards Von. He picked him up and said "What did yo mama do to yo hair 😂" Me: "Don't hate. I put it inna ponytail 😭" He kissed his cheek and laid him back on the bed then I said "Pete said there was no visitation while you waitin on trial..." Von: "Damn... Imma have to talk to him." Me: "Only thing you can do is call." Von: "Well den imma call you every day if I can. If I can't call imma write you." Me: "Stop sayin it... We don't know if you was proven guilty." Von: "It don't matter, they still gotta arrest me and take me to jail. That's where I gotta be at to wait on the trial." Me: "How long is dat gon take?" Von: "It all depends on them. How eva long it take dem to get all the evidence and witnesses."

I laid back on the bed and he sat Dayvon next to me and laid down too. Von: "You mad at me?" Me: "A lil bit. I'm happy you okay tho.. You shoulda thought it thru." Von: "I know..." I gave him a kiss and said "I'm really really happy you're okay. I was worried sick." He smiled and said "I told you I was gon be ight." Me: "I still wanna choke you. I missed you tho" Von: "You a crazy hoe 🤣" Me: "And you got dis crazy hoe pregnant." Von: "You pregnant again?" Me: "Huh? No 😭" Von: "Den whatchu tammat?" I pointed at Dayvon and he said "Oh.. Dat was like a year ago." Me: "And?" Von: "It was a while ago." I shook my head then I sat up and put Dayvon on my hip. Me: "Imma go feed him." Von: "I got it." He took him downstairs and I followed behind him to put the flowers in some water. He sat Dayvon in the high chair and I handed him a jar of food and a spoon. Me: "When you gotta go back?" Von: "Prolly a week. Ion know. Da lawyer posed to call." Me: "Imma miss you." I wrapped my arms around him and said "You always doin stupid shit." Von: "Are you mad or what? Cus you really confusing me." Me: "Ion know... I wanna be mad at you cus you fuckin stupid but I can't get mad. You make me wanna smack the shit out you." I hugged him and kissed his cheek then he said "I'm fr confused rn. You done fucked my mind up. You settin me up?" Me: "For what? 😂" Von: "You tryna act all sweet just so I can say sum and you yell at me." Me: "No.. I'm mad at you but I missed you last night so I'm gon be mad at you but still show you love." He shook his head and said "You tweakin." Me: "Shut up. Don't talk to me" Von: "But you the one on me." Me: "Shh." I gave him a kiss and he said "Da fuck.." Me: "Just ignore it. Lemme do me." I kept hugging him then I said "I really wanna get mad at you but I ain't got it in me right now. You gotta think shit thru. We got a kid, you shouldn't be out there doin allat street shit no mo." Von: "I can't just leave dem niggas by they self." Me: "You should be more worried bout yo family than them. Did they even tell you to think about him?" Von: "Yeah I just... I ain't listen. I thought I had everything in place but I fucked up." Me: "I hate you." Von: "You ain't gotta stay." Me: "Well I am." Von: "Yeen got to. Imma still be in Dayvon life wheneva I get out. Imma still try and kill whatever nigga you get wit after me too." I started laughing then I said "I'm not gettin wit nobody else cus I'm not leaving you."
