I hummed softly as I looked at the ocean glittering because of the reflection off the moon. It's so ridiculously pretty.

"Heyyy," I perked my head up as I heard someone whisper behind me.

I turned around and lowered my voice, "Hi. Why are we whispering?"

Mina cocked her eyebrow at me, "I wasn't whispering."

I blinked and blushed lightly, "Oh right. My bad."

"No, it's fine," She giggled, "Can't sleep?"

I sighed and turned my attention back on the ocean, "Not really."

"What's up?" She sat down on the barrel next to mine.

"I'm just worried. What is it that I need to fix? Why am I here? Why is my grandpa here?" I mumbled.

Mina hummed softly, "Ah. You think you're not good enough to solve whatever the problem is by yourself."

My eyes widened, "How-"

"It's all written in your body language," She smiled, "Y/n, people often need help when solving a problem. They need people behind them to support them. It doesn't make you a smaller person when you need help."

"That's true," I frowned, "But I have you guys. Why is gramps here? I don't mind that he is but why?"

Mina shrugged, "The answer will introduce itself to you before you know it. Just be glad that you have a family member with you. All of us here would kill for that- Well, not literally."

We shared light laughter and enjoyed the view together.

"You should get some sleep," She muttered softly after awhile, "It's already so late."

"I promised Nayeon that I would take her shift for lookout. You should get to bed though," I smiled and gestured to the stairs leading down to the lower deck, "Go on."

She chuckled and stood up, "Goodnight, Y/n."

"Goodnight," I softly replied and watched as she went below deck.

I sighed and got up from my barrel, walking over to the ladder to climb up on the crow's nest. I eventually made it up and kept watch over the ocean, making sure there were no other vessel around us.

This is so easy! I can stay up all night and keep watch!

"Where's Y/n?" I abruptly woke up as I heard my name.

So much for staying up the whole time!

I quickly fixed my appearance and continued on the look out as if I wasn't sleeping. I heard Jihyo ask where I was to Nayeon.

"She took over my shift to keep watch," Nayeon explained.

"Y/n, are you up there?" I felt someone knock on the mainmast.

I peered down and grinned, "What's up?"

Nayeon and Jihyo chuckled as they saw me.

"You actually stayed up the whole night?" Jihyo cocked her eyebrow at me.

"More or less," I shrugged, "I made sure to stay up until I saw someone else get up."

"Who got up when you went to sleep up there?" Nayeon called.
