With the spring that arrived, many things have happened in Sasuke's life. He had taken a break from entertainment until Naruto give birth and their kid turn one year old. Lucky that his contract with his agency was ending, so he decided he will sign the new contract after the break so they couldn't force him to work for the agency. They were upset but they couldn't do anything and have to respect his choice. He was bent on looking after Naruto and Naruto did not dismiss his decision because Naruto know what this mean to him. He was not going to let Naruto shoulder everything as the first time. Although up to five months pregnancy, he was the one who have to suffers with the sickness that come with pregnancy and have Naruto and Suigetsu look after him, he had been looking after Naruto now. He didn't complain even when Naruto because of the pregnancy gets irritated and said things he usually never would. He didn't complain of being too exhausted either because he know it much be worse for Naruto even more.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Sasuke asks Naruto while he helped him put on the boot as the road are filled with melting snow. Naruto who is in his six months pregnancy have trouble bending down as his belly is in the way. According to Naruto, his belly is bigger than when he was with Menma and they decided to do ultrasound examination. One of Sasuke's reason was to save a ultrasound image of the little one.

"If you don't want to, we can just leave it."

"No, we are doing this. I should have done it sooner." The reason Naruto rejected when the doctor offered was because he thought he didn't need it. He was fine and the kid didn't seem to have any trouble either. Everytime he go to the hospital, it finished with him getting some advise and some vitamin for the kid to grew healtier.

The nurse who helped Naruto smear the gel on Naruto's belly for the examination can't help but smile when she saw how excited Sasuke looked;

"Is this the first time for the father?"

Sasuke nodded before smiling at Naruto when he grabbed his hand as the doctor come in.

"How is the mother doing? Is there any discomfort?" The regular doctor who have Naruto's case asked as he sit onto the chair and bring the transducers to Naruto's belly.

"I am doing great aside from exhaustation." Naruto replied the doctor who nodded as it was common for every women and omegas in their late stage of pregnancy.

"Let's see how the little one are doing." The doctor smile kindly. As soon as the transducers touched Naruto's belly, the heart sound along with some gray and black figure appeared on the screen.

"Oh!"

"W-what? Is something wrong?" Sasuke quickly asked as he heard the doctor exclaimed. His hand that holding Naruto's hand tightened worriedly.

"No, not like that." The doctor smile yet again before pointing at the screen;

"There, did you see? Congratulation, you are parent to a twin!"

"....t-twin?" Naruto stuttered before he look at Sasuke who went silence.

Sasuke look at the screen where he could see two tiny body, looking as though swimming. His heart beated, the same beats with what is coming from the screen. He didn't even know when his tears slide down his cheeks as he stood there watching the image.
