The sound of the cars outside wake Naruto who was sleeping soundly. When he squit open his eyes, the room was still dark as no light managed to squeeze in because of the closed blinds. Despite not having Menma to share him the warmth, he oddly didn't feel cold at all. Wait...remembering something, Naruto slowly shift himself the other way and his heart thumped loudly..

'Sasuke.'

How could he sleep so soundly knowing Sasuke was sleeping just beside him? The blue eyes warily take in the feature in front him, despite the darkness, he still could see the face in front him so clearly. He extend his hand and tuck a strandle of Sasuke's hair behind his ear. Sasuke have always have long hair and Naruto couldn't deny that it make Sasuke look so sexy. He withdrew his hand, not wanting to risk waking Sasuke up and see him harassing him with his eyes. Touching his own slightly longer hair than he had when filming the series, he thought back to last night when Sasuke dragged him out of Menma's room.

Flashback

Naruto feel his heart in his throat the closer they come to his room but he can't shake his hand out of the other's grip.

"Sasuke, we can talk tomorrow. It is already late and we should sleep." Naruto tried to compromise. He don't know why his heart was beating so fast, was it because he was scared or because he was excited?

Sasuke did not give Naruto any answer before he opened the door to Naruto's room which he asked from Menma and threw Naruto onto the bed.

"What th-" Naruto's breathes hitched as Sasuke steps onto the bed too.

"Didn't you say we should sleep?" Sasuke asked with his usually blank expression but the slightly perked up corner of his lips was hard to miss.

Naruto was in a daze when everything happened and when he snapped onto reality, Sasuke have already tucked him under the blanket and was hugging him from behind.

"I am so tired, let me sleep here tonight." Sasuke said before he pulls the person he hugging closer to his chest.

End Flashback

'Geez, you could sleep in Menma's room as planned though.'

A smile perkes up on Naruto's lips unconsciously before he slowly step out of the bed. Sasuke might really be tired as he said because he was sleeping so soundly. Though the time was not much into the morning yet, Naruto still chose to wake up as he have appointment to attend to. Before he walk to the bathroom in his room, he adjusts the blankett for Sasuke as it was a cold morning.

Clink! Clack

Sasuke sprint up from the bed after he sensed with hand and did not find the person who should be sleeping beside him. Ah, maybe he is the one doing all those noise out there. Sasuke's gaze shift toward the pillow Naruto sleep on and before he know his hand had already pulls the pillow to him and his nose bury into the scent that was left. As he thought, Naruto really have a scent different from omegas or alphas. And none like betas either. Maybe this was Naruto's own unique scent. Sasuke's heart starts to beat fast when he recalled under the night, Naruto have squeezed closer to him and he could smell the scent from Naruto's hair. If only he was the one who woke up first, he could have....no, no. Stop thinking Sasuke! Not wanting his thoughts to run wild, Sasuke inhale the scent from the pillow one last time and run into the bathroom.
