Beomgyu POV
March 20th Wednesday

Two years ago (15YO)
The second year of high school, how fun. Ok Beomgyu you can do this. I walked inside the big school, it was probably the biggest school I've ever been to. I looked at my schedule and walked to my class. Here you are. I sat down and noticed a blonde-haired boy looking out the window. Who's that boy? I sat on the other end of the room far from him. I could never bring myself the guts to speak to him. I felt like if I did I would mess up and struggle with my words.

There were times we did speak a bit. Whether it was if we bumped into one another or had seen each other out of school but those were rare. I wonder what his name is. "Ok class today we will be learning the history of famous artists. I will hand out these packets and we will read them together and you may silently or with a partner complete your work" the teacher said as he came around the class handing out sheets. "Focus Taehyun" he snapped out of his gaze and looked around. We made eye contact and I felt my heart race. Like one of those cheesy romance novels where everything is slow motion. It felt like that.

So Taehyun's his name? It fits him. I couldn't stop thinking of him, he was so pretty and decent. I would always stare at him during class, I could never take my eyes off him. Then every semester we were both in one same class. If only I had the balls to talk to him, but what if he doesn't like me? What if he doesn't want to be my friend? No, I think it's better to keep my distance.

(Present time)

I sat in my chair as I let out a deep breath I didn't realise I held. I felt upset because of what he said. Am I ever going to be able to date before I'm gone? I didn't know how much time I had left and I guess that's what upset me. Why did I think I ever had a shot with him? I felt lonely and tried to calm myself.

I took out my violin and my bow from the closet where all the violins were. I sat back down. "Hi" a voice said behind me. "You're very pretty" they said, leaning into my ear. I felt pins and needles run down my back. Before I could do anything the teacher got the class's attention. "Alight guys page 8 number 23 let's go" I got ready and the class started to play. Who the hell was that?

Taehyun POV
Later on
(Break between last class)

"Hey Hyuka, was it just me but did Beomgyu look sad?" I couldn't really get my mind off why he acted the way he did. " I don't know Tae, I hope he's ok" he said. "Do you think I should invite him to my place ? To cheer him up?" I think that would make him happy again. "Yeah, I think you should but I won't be able to come today, I gotta help my sis with some project she has" he said. We both sat on the floor against the wall. Kai put his feet out and clicked them together.

"You know Tae, if you do end up with him. I don't think it would be a bad idea" he smirked. "Huh?" I felt a bit shocked. "Well like I don't know, you guys look pretty good together also he looks kinda hot you can't lie" he elbowed me on my arm. "Well... nah" I said. "Come on just say it Beomgyu's attractive~" he came close to me waiting for me to say it. "Ok just a little bit" he smiled and giggled a bit.

"What's a ship name?..... OH! Beomhyun! No, that sounds weird, Taegyu?? Haha Taegyu~~" he said. I slapped his arm and laughed. "Shush Kai, what if he hears? '' I whispered. "I doubt he will hear, '' he smiled. "But like I said, it wouldn't be so bad," he smiled. "But I just met him," I said. "Yea no shit Sherlock but like give him a chance you never know what he's got" he smirked.

"What do you mean 'what he's got'?" I asked. He let out a chuckle. "he probably has a moster coc-" I slapped his arm again. "HYUKA!!" I laughed and turned a bright red. "I'm just saying," he said between laughs. " Come on, you know you would die for that" he nudged me. "Well..." we both laughed and hit each other. "Your so gay" he said. "Imagine liking a dick up your ass" he made us laugh again. I felt like my stomach was gonna burst because of how much laughing there was. "Shut up,"I said. "Well uh I gotta head back to class I'll see you tomorrow ok Tae'' he got up. "Ok bye Hyuka '' he walked away to his class and I still sat on the floor.  I started to hum a bit as I scrolled to my phone.

A heard footsteps coming but I didn't care I just continued. "Taehyun?"
