All Rowan expected from her summer vacation was to find some peaceful time to sit by her balcony with a book in her hands and a bottle of wine at her disposal— it sounded pretty depressing, but she planned on making it a daily thing. No kids to teach, no deadlines and definitely not wasted up hours in the bathroom trying to get blue tack out of her hair (how did it even get there? she had no idea). So, when she receives a call from her brother, asking her to visit him in England for two weeks, she accepts without hesitation.
Rowan would have liked to proudly declare that she had anticipated everything from that trip, but she was certainly not prepared for being thrown to the late 60s. Now, not only does she have to find a way back home, which quite frankly seemed like a pointless loop the more she tried looking for answers, but she has to stop befriending the greatest rockstar of all times- or at least the one he'll become. No, but seriously, she needs to stop because she can't mess with the fabric of time or whatever science-fiction reasoning she has learnt from back to the future and 12 seasons of doctor who.
