Chapter 1

Third Person Pov

1/5/21: 5th May 2021

The rain was crashing down as Ashe ran to her car to get in, as fast as She could no matter how tired she was from being pregnant and running. After Ashe had calmed down she started up the car and drove home to see her darling husband. They had gotten married over 2 years ago and she became pregnant 4 months ago. Ashe was very excited to have a child with the love of her life, she didn't call him to say she was on her way home because she wanted it to be a surprise.

When Ashe pulled up in the driveway she got out excitedly and quickly went in the house (ofc closing the door behind her lol) and put down her keys "Hey, I'm back" Ashe says with a giggle there was no response so she went upstairs but stopped in her tracks when she heard what sounded like another girl giggling so she moved up closer to the door and what she heard next made tears start spilling out from the corner of her eyes. "What times your wife coming back home" The girl said asked. "Not sure but you should probably leave soon so I don't get caught" Said Elijah with a bit of fear in his voice. 

All Ashe could think in that moment is why he would do that to her after they had be together so long and then he cheats on her. with that she pushes the door open and looks at Elijah and mumbles with tears dripping down her cheeks "How could you do this to me". he gets up and walks over to Ashe "Babe it's not what it looks like" he says putting arm out to Ashe.

Ashe moves out of his reach and yells "DON'T TOUCH ME". Elijah looks straight at her with a lump in his throat "babe, lets just talk this over". 

"NOOOO! THERE'S NOTHING TO TALK OVER, YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH" Ashe screams with tears pouring down her cheeks causing the mascara she had on all morning stains her face. "Claudia you should go" says Elijah looking at her with the corner of her eye".

"No don't leave there's no need to, I'm leaving and I'm filing a divorce" Ashe says wiping the tears as they fall.

"No you can't I'm sorry, please babe". Elijah says reaching out to hold her.

"It's to late for sorry" says Ashe as she turns her back on him and makes her way back downstairs, picking up her keys, purse and phone, and then leaves the house gets in her car and just swings her head back into the seat and lets out all her tears.

Elijah runs down to door and yells "NO ASHE PLEASE, I love you" he says as his voice cracks up.

Ashe ignores him and puts up her window and drives off to her mum's house.

Elijah goes down onto his knees "what have I done, I just lost the love of my life". he says quietly.
