"So I'm guessing everything went well with Oliver?" Willow grinned as Alhena entered their dorm room the next morning. "Yes, it was a lovely chat." She responded calmly, ignoring the thumping in her chest. "Chat?" Willow scoffed.
"Yes, a chat." She kept her voice steady. "We have to get ready to graduate, don't distract me." Alhena attempted to steer the conversation away from Oliver. "Yes, I bet you are pretty tired." She winked, and Alhena tossed a pillow at her head.
"I'm going to join Puddlemere, I've decided." She announced, and Willow's eyes lit up. "My passports been cancelled, so I have to wait til i'm eighteen, so.. Oliver and I are leaving straight after graduation.. I was wondering if you wanted to come?"
"Oh, Alhena. I'm so happy for you." Willow wrapped her arms around her friend. "I knew you'd find your way around this. However, no, I won't be coming. My family has made huge plans this summer to celebrate my graduation." She smiled. "That's okay. I'll miss you, though."
"We'll see each other soon enough." Willow kissed her cheek, and Alhena leaned into her warmth. "I hope you get everything you could possibly dream of, Willow." She sighed.

"Oliver Wood." Oliver's name was called, and he made his way to the front of the hall to collect his certificate. Alhena watched him take it, suppressing a smile when he sent a secret wink her way. Soon they'd be gone from there, on the run all through England for almost two months.
Olivers parents were at the back of the room, along with many others. Alhena's weren't there, though they'd be there tomorrow to pick her up. His parents smiled and clapped, along with every other person. Oliver, and now Alhena, knew better.
"They're going to scream their lungs raw when this is over. Maybe we should make a run for it now?" Oliver whispered to her when they retook their seats. "We'll slip away before they find you, don't worry your pretty little head about it." Alhena whispered back to him.
Dumbledore concluded the rest of the ceremony, and the graduating students got up from their seats to exit out of the hall and speak with their parents. "They're watching us." Alhena mumbled from the Slytherin line, Oliver in the Gryffindor line beside her.
"Perfect." Oliver grabbed her hand, and Alhena had to stop herself from tugging away in surprise. "What are you doing?" She hissed, looking up to see Oliver's parents glaring at their intertwined fingers.
"Don't you trust me?" He chuckled. "Not one bit." She replied as he steered her in the direction of his parents. "Father, stepmother." Oliver inclined his head in a mocking bow, still not dropping Alhena's hand.
"What is this!?" Oliver's stepmother shrieked, her face growing red. "Oh? My bad, this is Alhena Black. My girlfriend." He gestured towards Alhena, who was staring at him in disbelief. They hadn't discussed what they were.
"You listen to me very closely, young man-"
"Sorry, but we've got places to be." He cut them off, dragging Alhena away, ignoring their shouts of protest. Alhena turned back to see his step mother pushing through the crowd in their direction. "Girlfriend?" Alhena laughed as they broke into a run, their hands still connected.
"What, you don't like it?" He raised his eyebrows. "Of course I do, I just wasn't expecting it." She flushed pink. "Then it's settled." He began. "I'm your boyfriend."
Alhena rolled her eyes. "I suppose I have no other choice, do I?" She sighed in fake exasperation. "I suppose you don't." He grinned as they reached Oliver's dorm, which contained both of their belongings.
"How are we even going to get out of the gates?" Alhena asked, suddenly struck by how little planning they'd done. "We're Quidditch players. We'll use brooms." He pulled his closet open, and two brooms fell out onto the floor.
Oliver pointed his wand at their luggage, and they all shrunk to the size of a pear. "Perfect." They rushed out of the room, skipping two steps at a time. "Where, exactly, do you think you two are going?" Professor Snape stepped into their path.
"Oh, you know, the usual: Escaping the school grounds to avoid evil parents and running away to Ireland." Alhena shrugged, ducking around him, followed by Oliver. They shot off on their brooms before Snape could respond.
"You just exposed our plan." Oliver groaned from behind her. "Oh, they'd figure it out soon enough." She waved her hand in the air, and they crossed over the schools border. "Did you tell Willow?" He asked.
"I did. She's glad." There was a tone of sadness in Alhena's voice as she told him of her morning, recalling how she wouldn't see her friend nearly as often as she usually did.
"There's the train." They landed at the station, entering onto the waiting train. "Where will we go?" Alhena asked as they took their seats, it seemed Oliver had left quite a few details of his plan hidden from her.
"Everywhere." His eyes seemed to sparkle for a moment, and they both fell into conversation over every place they'd visit before Alhena turned eighteen. Then, eventually, every place they'd visit then as well.
After all, they had forever.
