Sunlight beamed through my curtains at a perfect angle hitting my face waking me up. I stretched my arms and smiled at the bright circle slowly rising up. I grabbed my hefty bag and changed into some casual clothes. I quietly opened the window praying I won't wake the Aizawa. Shinso was already standing by my window bag in his hand and brought our two horses.

"Shimmer! So glad to see you!"

We didn't use the horses much since we don't go far by ourselves. Petting through her thick black mane I smiled and closed my eyes as the delicate air gave us a cool morning breeze.

"Ready to head off?"

I nodded not responding to his question and got on top of shimmer and attaching my bag to her saddle with it hanging on the side. This was the beginning of our journey and all I have left is hope. We quickly left the zone without being spotted by anyone. I couldn't help but shake a feeling of being watched. As we rode away from the walls the sun was now fully up in the sky. I always knew this day would come where I would have to go far away from my comfort zone. I prepared for this day and I am getting closer to finding. out where the League is and to putting a stop to this outbreak.

It's been a couple hours now of riding and we haven't encountered anything yet. We took back roads and stayed away from highways and open areas to avoid conflict with villains. The back of my head was burning up and my back was drenched in sweat. We came across a old abandoned convenient store and saw a huge wall of ice blocking the entrance of the store. There was groaning coming from the other side, most likely zombies and come one shield then inside.

"Someone else is near we should be care-"

Shimmer was startled by something and stood on her hind legs making me fly backwards. She loudly whine as she ran off. Soundly Shinso horse did the same sending him on the ground too.

"A-are you alright?"

I muttered face planted on the ground.

"I should be asking you that."

He stood up quickly and lifted me up. Before I had a chance to call my horse a hoard of zombies were in front of us. I quickly blow them in different directions giving us a chance to run.

"Let's get out of here!"

We run off we're we encounter the hoard and ran into some woods behind the buildings. I bend down placing my hands on my knees to catch my breath. I could hear Shinso heartbeat from where I was standing. The trees in the woods were a bladder-brown and the air was stuffy. I looked up and chuckle.

"Looks like this is gonna be a longer trip than I thought especially on that we don't have horses."

Shimmers whine echoed throughout the woods.

"Shimmer?"

I jogged following the whine with Shinso trailing behind me. We followed the sound of her whine and it got louder with every step. I stopped when I looked at two familiar figures standing by our horses.

"Are these your horses?"

It was Todoroki and Deku! Deku eyes lighten up as he recognized who I was and ran up to me and I pulled his shoulders forcing him to give me a hug.

"Ooooo give me a hug you awkward fuck!"

His flustering stopped as he peeped over my shoulder and looked over at Shinso.

"Y-you two know each other?"

I looked back at the stoic Shinso and back at Deku.

"Oh yeah we meet awhile ago how do you two know each other?"
