        "Just start somewhere." Matt said.

"Um, where are your parents?" I asked.

"They're in the dining room. Do you need them for this?" Matt asked cautiously.

"Yes, they may be with holding information that may be helpful to solve this case." I replied.

Matt went to go get his parents and you got up and started walking around. The house was beautiful but it was really big for just two people. You looked at the pictures on the fireplace mantle. The family looked so happy. Brennan just didn't seen like the kind of person to get mixed up in drugs unless someone tricked her into doing them.

        "Nadia?" Matt said.

"Sorry, I was just looking at the pictures. They're really nice." You apologized.

"It's okay, you've never been here before. It's understandable if you feel small. I know I do." Matt replied.

"So... are your parents coming?" You asked.

        "Yes, how have you been?"

        "Good, you?"

"Okay, I've missed Michigan a lot."

        "Where do you live now?

"New York, it's different. Time moves faster there than it does here."

"Why don't you move back here then?"

        "I don't have the money."

"I could help you with that, if that is actually the case."

"It is, but I did recently get in a divorce. My wife got most of our stuff."

"My condolences, did the two of you have any children?"

        "No."

        "Oh, sorry." You apologized.

"Don't apologize to the boy. We want to be grandparents and now only two of our children are still breathing." Someone interrupted.

We turned and saw Mr. and Mrs. Sulliivan.

"(Y/N) it been a few years since you've been a student of mine. How are you?" Mr. Sullivan asked.

"Good, thank you Mr. Sullivan. I wish I was visiting under different circumstances." I replied.

"Yeah, what is this Matt's telling me about you showing him a badge?" Mr. Sulllivan questioned.

"I work for the FBI, we're going to solve this case and put the psycopath that killed your daughter behind bars." I responded.

"We'll try to be cooperative. You must understand if we aren't."

"I understand completely. Mr. Sullivan, when was the last time you and your wife saw you daughter?"

"The last time we saw Brennan was two days ago. She had just come over for a visit." Mrs. Sullivan replied.

"Okay, did she seem off about something?"

"No, she seemed like herself." Mrs. Sullivan responded.

"Thank you. Did either one of you notice anything off about her?" I asked, gesturing to Matt and Mr. Sullivan.

"No." They answered at the same time.
