The X-Lover of Fenton Township (Final)

So, Derek and you were at one of the multiple locations hinted in the stories that hadn't yet been a murder scene.
"You go around back, if he tries to escape then you'll be right there to stop him." Derek ordered, as you slightly nodded in agreement.
You quietly ran to the back of the house, ducking under the windows to stay out of sight. Just after you got to the door, you heard Derek slam the front door open. You stood by the door for a few moments waiting for someone to come running through the door. When nothing happened, you entered the house and checked the halls meeting up with Derek. He motioned to a room that had a door that was slightly opened, Derek had not yet checked that room. Derek took the lead and you trailed behind all senses alert and reflexes at the ready.
Derek opened the door and you immediately followed his lead. Both of you checking the immediate vicinity. There was a closet that was closed. Derek stood to the left and you flung the door open. As soon as you opened the door you were shoved out of the way.
"Stop FBI!" You heard Derek shout before he went after the runner.
I got up quickly and ran up to the front to catch the runner there. As he bursted out the front door, he 'flew' off the porch and tackled you to the ground. You rolled over quickly and pinned the killer to the ground.

Time Skip

So the killer had been caught and thrown in jail. The reason you did this job was to take sickos like him off the streets. Now it was either on to the next case, or stay and possibly have a relationship with Matt. Which will you choose?

I know, crappy ending. I'm not making a sequel instead I'm leaving this open ended for those of you who like to imagine what could happen. Leave comments if you'd like me to write another one though.
