Y/n's pov:-

"Okay that's it for today! But befo-" before the professor even finish talking, some students started packing their stuff and about to leave.

"Did i dismiss you yet?!" The professor shouted. No one moved an inch after he shouted.

"I was trying to inform you that each month , we would have some type of survey but you guys would work in groups of 5 or 6 maximum " The professor informed.

Nooooo~ not the group project cliche.

"For this week, i want each group must have different types of gifted people together. I want you guys to write a survey about everything you know about your gift and your clan, its origin, etc.... also you would be presenting it in front the whole auditorium, so prepare a suitable presentation. That's all. You may dismiss now."

I ran my hand through my hair ,thinking about what should i do, a habit I pick up not long ago. Since i am a "poseidon descendant", i can't ask dahyun, the only person i know (actually I barely know her but anyway.....).

I looked around the auditorium, looking for potential partners. Then I noticed  Hee-yeon walking towards me. I packed my stuff in a hurry and threw my bag over my shoulder. I really needn't any drama till my last year. I just wanna graduate in peace.

I repeated inside my head as I turned my back to her and speed walked out of the auditorium.

"Hey!!" She yelled

Here we go...

I pretended not to hear her but as persistent mother f* she is, she kept following me.

"Hey!! Y/n!" She yelled louder as she got closer to me.

I took a deep breath and turned around with a wide fake smile.

"Heeeeyy...." i said awkwardly

"I have been calling your name silly!" She said, half laughing.

Cringe!!!!

"Yeeeahh....... I noticed" I nodded, lowering my voice on the last part.

"Okay as you heard the professor just now! You should form groups  and since you're such a raaaarrreee gift....right...... ThE DiAmOnD " she mocked me.

GOD! How much i wanna punch her face right now.

I gave her my usual fake smile "so~"

"I told professor choi that you're in my group."and crossed her hands over her chest.

What did that b*tch just say?!
And Is that a smirk?!

"I mean you don't mind right?" She flashed a wide smile "you said you're from Poseidon clan which is pretty rare and i am from Artemis clan which is one of the most powerful. We would make a great team"

Her smile dropped "unless you're hiding something....." she smirked.

My eyes widened "n-no no not at all.......... but I believe you should have asked me first before writing down my name in your group"

"Well obviously anyone would wish to be in my group so why would i even ask?" She started "we're gonna meet in my house next Friday AND no excuses!" She lifted her index finger in a warning attitude.

Then she smile which i found pretty creepy, is she bipolar?!

She turned around to leave but i stopped her.

"Who is gonna be with us in the group?" I asked. If i am stuck with her, at least i should make the most out of it. I already know everything about Artemis clan but other members would be in our group from other clan. Maybe i could get more info through this survey.

"My friend Ho-Sook , lisa aaaaaannnndddd" she searched behind me " yes there he is!" She pointed at someone.

"He also should be in our group! Nothing special about him but he is hot" she shrugged.

I followed her finger and i saw her pointing at the guy with silver hair. My eyes widened. That's my chance!!! I need to know more about his clan. Maybe that would actually turn out to be a great experience.

"MR SILVER HAIR! He is with us?!" I said in surprise

She gave me a confused look then shook her head " whatever that is. And no..... not yet."

I gave her a confused look "w-what do you mean? You said he is with us."

"I didn't. I said he should be with us." Then she put her arm around my shoulder "and that's where you come in! You are gonna convinced him to join our group!" She patted my shoulders.

"And why should i? Why don't you just force him in like what you did just now?" Did she just gave me an order....

She laughed and hit my shoulder, maybe a bit too roughly. "Silly! I can't, first you know what they say a first impression goes a long way. Second you are 'the diamond' of our group, you should be able to convince him better than me."

Maybe that's not a bad idea after all, i wanna know the guy so i can using the group survey as an excuse to know him better.

"Fine." I began "i will do it"
