Y/n's POV:-

"You are the best indeed." She said, it almost sounded like she was mocking me but do I really care..... no.

After she left, i headed to the cafeteria. I had another lecture but there was a 2 hours gap between both so maybe a lunch is a great option.

As soon as I entered the cafeteria, I noticed dahyun. I went to sit with her. She seemed pretty nice and chill.

"Heeey" i said as i took a seat in front of her.

"Oh hey!" She noticed my presence and smiled.

"We didn't get to know each other." I said, trying to initiate a conversation.

"Yeah. So from which family are you? There's only few families left in poseidon's clan so maybe we already know each other." She asked.

Just why? Out of all the questions you could have asked... why this one.

Before i could even lie about my family she said "oh right! You said you're jung y/n! Must be from the jung family."

I chuckled awkwardly and nodded . Shit, I forgot i told her my full name.

"Wait" she frowned "I didn't know that the Jung family has a daughter. I only know of the famous jung hoseok." She seemed genuinely confused.

No not this feeling again. The loneliness, the isolation. Everything seems so vivid. It's suffocating.

She noticed my mood switch and immediately knew that it must be a sensitive topic. "I am sorry. You don't have to answer my question."

I was surprised by how angelic she was. Anyone would have pressed the topic further to get an answer out of me. Maybe even cause a huge deal and affect my family's perfect image.

I gave her a genuine smile "thanks."

"Anyway. Did you see the hottie everyone is talking about? He is not in our major tho. I believe his name was...." she put her finger on her chin trying to recall his name "i believe it was park something. I really have a bad memory."

"Park jimin" i said nonchalantly.

"Right! Park jimin. So you heard of him."

"Y-Yeah everyone has been talking about the two new hotties." I said "one in our major, the other is park jimin."

"In our major? I didn't notice anyone?"dahyun frowned.

"I think it's that silver haired guy." I said, sure of it. He is indeed undeniably hot.

"Silver haired guy? Is there someone like that?" She said ,confused.

"You didn't notice him? He made an entrance back there." I chuckled remembering the way he ran into the auditorium.

"Damn it with my fish memory. I really cannot recall." Dahyun pouted "but no matter how hot he is, i still think jimin is a winner."

"Well I couldn't really agree more. Jimin is just something else."

"Do you think he is single? I mean just look at him. He is hot and also from the Aphrodite clan which is quite powerful. He must be taken." Dahyun sighed in disappointment.

"I don't think so. Maybe he is actually single who knows. Can we change the subject? I am not really into dating right now. I wanna focus on my studies." I suggested.

The topic was quite awkward for me to be honest and the way she was drooling over them made be uncomfortable. I know that she doesn't mean it, but it's what it's.
