Dysphoria from the weirdest stuff.


Like I genuinely get dysphoric over my wrist. 

And I do not understand how my dysphoria works, I have extreme dysphoria over my chest to the extent where I will wear a hoody under a jacket in the middle of summer and do everything in my power to make it appear flat. But I also have one outfit that I wear alone at home all the time because it's comfortable and I feel confident in it... and it's just a pair of running shorts and a sports bra. I don't get how that doesn't cause me any dysphoria. How does this work?
