We were walking towards the hut and went to the place we sit yesterday. Amy yawned.
Muriel and I sit down on the ground and I looked up full of joy and happiness. I could feel Muriels stare. And his spirit actually softened up.
He was enjoying my reaction.
"It's so pretty" I said turning to him. He immediately looked away as if I saw him at something he shouldn't do. He was a little flustered.
"It is."
"Say Muriel. The scarf your wearing it that the one I made?" I asked as he nodded.
"Pff-" I laughed out. "It's so ugly... why are you wearing that thing around. "
He was confused. "I actually.. like it..it's prettier and more comfortable than the chains.." He blushed up trying to find his words to continue. "It... it-"
I looked at him confused.
"It reminds me of you. It gives me power" He said shy. Trying to hide his blushing face in the scarf. By now he was not the only one blushing I was too.
I went closer to him. Ghaa should I really? I don't know he gives me mixed signals. Is he even giving me signals??! I don't know.
I pulled myself together. I was really close to him now. I was sitting directly next to him by now. I grabbed his scarf and made a spell on it. It was the one I used for Amy when I need to make him bigger.
The scarf got longer and I pulled it around me. We were sharing it now and Muriel still stayed silent. Even tho he was heating up like an oven he was doing okay I guess.
I put my head down on his shoulder. I don't know it i was doing the Right thing now and if I crossed boundaries. But I guess if he wouldn't like it he would just leave or say something.
The remaining time we watched the moon in silence. Amy yawned again. He tried to tell me it's time for bed.
"We should go" Muriel said as I nodded.
We went inside the hut and Muriel made some food. When he was done he gave me a bowl of it.
"Thanks for taking care of me Muriel." I said with a smile as he just blushed and looked away. Amy was sleeping by now.
"What did you do the entire day that he's done?" I asked as he just smiled. "We walked."
"That's it?" I asked as he just nodded.
Finishing the meal Muriel got ready to bed. Again he was about to sleep on the ground. I was sitting on his bed. "Hey Muriel are you uncomfortable with me?" I asked as this question surprised him.
"No." He answered.
"Then why won't you sleep in your bed?" I asked another question as he just looked away.
"Because you sleep there."
I moved closer to him again. "But it's your bed."
"It's too small for two of us. I am big." He told me.
"Is that so? The bed looks pretty big to me and even a big guy and me fit in there. But fine if you refuse to come up then I will just accompany you down there"
He looked up with widen eyes. "No your back will hurt the next day!"
After a long discussion he eventually got up on bed with me. We were close next to each other. We weren't spooning we were looking at each other.
It was a little bit embarrassing both him and I were blushing. We shared a blanked that I made bigger with magic.
It was warm and to be honest I didn't mind it at all. "Say Muriel.."
He answered with a "hm"
"Today when the moon shined to bright I was actually checking you out a little bit and I saw a lot of scars on you. Are they from the time in the Colosseum?"
By feeling his spirit I could feel it sad up. "Sorry" I said touching one of them. "I didn't wanted to make you feel bad now at night. "
He softened up. "Let cuddle" I said blushing. I don't know if I am playing with his comfort zone. Everything I say are things I want. I never ask him.
"I mean do you want to cuddle?" I asked hiding my face into the blanked. He opened his arm signaling me to move in.
To be honest I was happy. I moved closer in his big form and his warmth. I put my hands on his chest trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in.
He blushed and his heart was beating so fast. "Muriel your heart..."
He kept quiet. He was probably embarrassed or just not feeling comfortable. He tried to calm down. He was really nervous so I started drawing small circles around his upper body. What he didn't realized was that the touch was filled with calming magic. I used it on me after Akims and Lukas accident.
After some time and calming touches he eventually even fall asleep. "Good Night muriel" I said before hugging him and going to bed too.
Waking up to the sound of someone groan. It was Muriel waking up next to me. When all of sudden he grabbed me and pulled me closer. We were spooning right now and his hand was around my tummy.
When he realized what he did he immediately let go and jumped up. "Sorry" he said blushing and looking away.
I got up looking at him. "Don't be. It's comfortable." I said putting my hands on his cheeks.
He gave me a soft smile. After some seconds of watching each other and looking into each other's eyes. I felt the urge to give him a kiss. Without even realizing my body moved in its own.
I stopped before actually going for it. He just looked shocked at me. His face was red.
"Sorry" I said before he left the bed.
Ou god I made it awkward.
"Thanks for yesterday" he said before walking into the corner so I couldn't see him anymore.
I got off the bed. "What was yesterday?" I asked slipping over the ground up to him.
Ou god why does this happen to me all the time. "Sorry Muriel." I said blushing.
He grabbed me and stayed like this for some minutes. In this Time he did the same I did to him. Drawing small circles over my back to make me relax.
I was blushing. Hugging him back. "Thank you Muriel."
He looked down on me and smiled. He let go and turned back to the kitchen. "Any plans for today?" He asked trying to have a conversation.
"Uhm no. Not really. What about you?"
"I be going into town today."
"I see" I said.
He bring the food to the table. "I be out with Asra."
I started to eat. "Is that so?"
He started too and the conversation continued. After we finished I thanked him again. Just like after every meal he makes.
He started to put on his cape and went to the door.
